It worked! My shoes that were too tight got bigger with very little effort! The only thing I’d say could be improved is the quality of the material. It just screams cheap and thin plastic. Also some instructions / tips would be nice.

Got this to stretch out the toe box in a couple of my leather boots. Hard to find boot stretchers meant for boots and not shoes so I was excited to give these a try. They worked well but were a little tough to fit into my small size 9 boots. It was a struggle. If you have normal sized feet (size 10 or larger), I don't feel you'll experience the same struggle. Regardless, with a bit of effort, I got them in and stretched the width of a couple pairs of boots. I like the pegs you can add to help in those areas where your toes poke out on top and the sides. I would have liked a couple more options for where to put those, which is why I deducted the one star. If I could give 4.5 stars, I would. Also the bag it came with, is too small and tore the first time I tried to store the product. Overall, I would buy again but would be concerned with how long the product will last as its almost entirely made of plastic.

I have wider feet as I age and sometime my new or older shoes that I haven't worn out just fit a little bit too snug. This is the first set of stretchers that I have owned. Things that I noticed is that they are designed not to snag or damage your boots. very slick without anything that would poke or pull.. even the metal screws at the top are in a safe shape. They come with bunion bumps, but I've never dealt with them, so I don't have a reason to test. while these can be used for boots, they can also be used safely for regular shoes. I have another set that were not as well made -- these are certainly a step up from the wood ones.

They did not come with any instructions on how to make the forms wider, but they did include the bunion appendages. The plastic material seems sturdy enough. I bought it to primarily use as a form to allow my shoes to dry after washing them. I have used it once and it has been perfect for that use.
