When I placed the order, I chose the brown option. However, it shows that they were unavailable and the black ones were shipped in their place. Just be careful at checkout. I think that’s where the mix up was. They are cute, I just wanted the brown ones because I have so many black boots. They are comfortable and they hold to my feet well. The stitching on this looks very nice. The boot was comfortable enough to wear for 7 hours standing at an event. Top part has a small cutout so it fits better around any size calf. Two of us tried them on (one with narrow calves and one with wide calves) and it fit and looked nice on both of us.

It's a good looking boot but you can tell that it's cheaply made. I bought these to go with tan and Brown jeans, which I don't wear very often, so I did not want an expensive boot. will see howthese will hold up because I believe the soul is glued and not sound
