I am 5 month postpartum. 5.10 hight 208lb. Usually wear large, 38C full. So let me tell you that it does fit snug for what I ordered. But I am planning to loose weight. It is comfortable overall. I think if you sweat too much you may get shoulder straps rubbing, but I dobt wear it as a model on the picture. I dont cross straps on the back. Also I find it very difficult to put it on with the zipper in the front, so I put it on as regular bra with velcro from the back. I did test on this bra..girls staying in. All I was hoping for.

The best fit, lift and comfort! I am a heavy weight lifter and this bra keeps everything in place and it's comfortable! I love the adjustable straps! If you are big chested, you should bring it together above the breast area to zip it then push your breasts up into it, otherwise you will get frustrated trying to zip it. I have 3 of these, they are worth the money!!

I have 4 of these now. When I first bought it, I was NOT a fan. I zipped the skin of my boobs into the zipper several times while putting it on. Once on, I loved the support. But I was not appreciative of the zipper pinches. OUCH! But if you ACTUALLY use the hooks first, before zipping AND move any nearby skin away, you’re good to zip. Once on, this sports bra is awesome. OK, It’s a bit of a contraption with all of its support and adjustability. But let’s face it, if you’re reading this review, it’s because you want NO MOVEMENT when you run, work out, play pickleball or whatever your thing is. That’s exactly what this bra does. It cannot be matched from that sense. Cons: zipper accidents as I mentioned. Also, I keep a set of jewelry pliers in my drawer to fix the hooks as they get bent in the laundry, and last, it’s hard to digest in this thing. You’ll want to loosen up or change before you eat! This is a workout bra, not a hang around the house bra.

Looked like it would provide excellent support; however, I was sent a XS, instead of a L. I couldn't even get it on, of course! I'm wondering why anyone who could wear a size XS would even need one of these very expensive high impact bras? Decided I could find one that fit and provided excellent support without paying that much. Needless to say, I returned it.

I liked everything about this bras (fit, how the strap style could be changed, ease of use/adjustment) except the material and how rigid it was. It wasn't comfortable to wear and I wasn't sure if that would change with washing, so I returned it. I'm going to try their medium support Flex and see if that works better for me. I still think you should give it a try. I liked that I could order from Amazon and return it for free (it came shipped from the company, though).

Best sports bra for running I’ve ever bought and I’ve gone through so many. I have large breasts and they don’t move at all in this bra even with very high impact. I used to wear multiple sports bras together before finding this bra in order to prevent all the excess bounce. The under bust is adjustable so you can make it tight enough to not chaf while running. The lift is adjustable too. It’s easy to get on and off. The hook and eye make it easy to zip up. The straps can cross cross in the back or go straight. It’s cute too. They seriously thought of everything. Although it’s pretty expensive, it’s high quality and worth every penny! It will not disappoint!! Thank you to Shefit for developing and making the perfect sports bra!

Really doesn't fit well if you have a small band size and large chest. I'm a 32DDD, and tried both the medium and luxe. I was spilling out of the medium on the sides and top, but it did prevent bounce. With the luxe, I was spilling out of the top, and couldn't get it tight enough to stop movement. I'm probably a 1luxe in the chest, but I had the velcro band almost all the war tight on the luxe. Pretty disappointed, since this one comes so highly recommended on reddit. 2 stars because it's decent quality, and the infinite velcro adjustment is a great idea.

Very good. More on the expensive end to show it's for the great quality and holds my 42d very well. It's a struggle to put it on so maybe I should've sized up but once it's on, it holds like I want.
