I have stopped buying the product because it's a great lotion but you only get about a 1/4 of it out of the bottle and then I find myself getting frustrated attempting to get more lotion out. I squeeze and it only goes so far so then I have to stick my fingers in the tiny nozzle to try to pull lotion out and it's fingertip by finger tip and that's with the lid off. The bottle collapses in the middle and this is all of their products. Hey Shea Moisture, please change you bottle designs.     • Great product, terrible packaging!
I intend to use this lotion every day for the rest my life. I use their problem skin moisturizer on my face twice a day, as well as the youth infusing eye cream. They have all but eliminated my monthly breakouts. But, for the life of me, I cannot understand they packaging on the body lotion. The bottle is still half full when it becomes impossible to get the lotion out. I leave it upside down all day long, and that doesn’t make it any easier. I finally started cutting the bottle in half and scooping the lotion into an old body butter tub. Other than that, 5 stars. ... show more

I use this lotion after a bath to help my dry sensitive skin. I bought this same lotion at a store and it really helped my skin. The lotion that I ordered from amazon did not do the same thing for my skin. It was not the same. It didn’t even feel the same. I don’t know what happened to this lotion, all I can say that it was not the same as the one that I got at the store. Sorry I won’t order it again. Just being truthful. that goes for the chargers that I ordered and earphones. They say that they are the apple one. But they are not compatible with my phone. So then I am out of twenty dollars. I am not going to return them. They should not be advertised as apple earphones or chargers, if they are not. Buyers beware. That is how I am feeling. I really disappointed. ... show more

Smells real nice. I put it on fresh out the shower; no need for cologne. Everything about it is great for the skin. Might have to take the cap off and pop the lotion off into your hand. They need a pump nozzle because the lotion is thick and the bottle is hard.

This is good soap, it's very thick which is what I like in a lotion but this is a lotion that would be best packaged in a jar rather than a bottle. This lotion is a pain to get out of the bottle, it doesn't come thru the cap, it barely comes out with the cap off and banging it in the palm of my hand. Squeezing the bottle does nothing, I honestly just want to cut the bottle in half and use it that way. But good lotion nonetheless. ... show more

I bought this lotion for the scent and was very disappointed. I received it as a gift a few years ago and loved it. It is super moist, but mostly, I loved the scent. You could wear it the whole day without re-applying it. Bought this one and I am VERY disappointed. Hardly has any scent and THAT disappears very quickly. This product is for sensitive skin that has mild, little , or no eczema at all let me explain… after you apply this lotion although it smells really good and is faint the moisture level is very thin, it’s not like the moisture level of Shea butter or coco butter it’s like when you put coconut oil on your body it’s about that level of moisture. When I have severe eczema I wouldn’t use this product simple because it wouldn’t really do me justice , I need something heavy that’ll for sure keep me moisturized when it’s cold outside. My boyfriend says the smell of it is like icing , my mother says the smell resembles cocoa butter . Just keep in mind that the product has soybean oil in it so if you are against soy don’t use it , if you are against non organic products don’t use it .     • If you have cracked fingers—this is for you!
This is my everyday hand lotion. I am a woodworker and the lumber and sanding dust wrecks my hands. I also am washing my hands and using sanitizer much more during this pandemic. If I slather this stuff on my hands at least once a day, I find that my hands stay hydrated and are not cracking. It is SUPER THICK.... so I purchased some small tub style containers and transfer the lotion to those. Basically, I slice open the bottle it comes in with a serrated knife and use a silicone spatula to divide up the lotion into several containers which I place in various locations throughout my house. I love this lotion! If you have red cracked fingers and hands, give this a try!!! ... show more
