The shelves are pretty much just as I expected in terms of quality for the price. There were some minor chips on wooden corners on one shelf, but nothing major (not worth exchanging). Comes with installation hardware and an extra screw/anchor in case something goes awry. I appreciate that the screws match the finish of the rails. Gives a very high quality appearance from reasonable distance. You do have to assemble the towel bar yourself, and there’s no pre-made holes for that. It’s nice if you choose to not attach towel bar, or you can choose the place you prefer. I was able to install with just a screwdriver, but power drill would expedite the process. Overall, it’s decent quality for the price, but not outstanding (chipping during shipping seems to be extremely common despite seemingly thorough packaging) and the shelf is just a painted wooden plank. As long as you’re not rough with use, they’re a great purchase. I’d have no hesitation reordering for other spaces or recommending to family/friends. ... show more

Very nice looking. I’m an older lady and I did these on my own. Find the stud for at least one of the two to hang. It is sturdy. I have weak hands. I used a little compact drill to start the hole. It was easy to attach and is sturdy. They look nice. I deleted the picture but they look nice.

I have a really small sink and both my husband and I have plug-in toothbrushes and mouthwash that take up a lot of space on the sink and make it look cluttered and ugly. I purchased this and installed it just above our sink and oh my goodness the difference is amazing. It's the same amount of stuff but it looks so decluttered. The design reminds me of a fancy hotel. I was pretty nervous after reading some of the installation issues and 1-star reviews. For that reason, I chose not to install the towel bar at all. It didn't seem sturdy enough for daily use, based on how shelves mount to wall. Tip: The key to getting the shelves to lay flat to wall is to try to get anchor as flush as possible to wall. To do this, use a 13/64 drill bit to make a pilot hole, and make sure you drill the hole deep enough to take the anchor. When you tap it in with hammer, you should feel resistance just for the last 1/4 to 1/8 of an inch. I made one mistake and smushed one anchor, and luckily they included five anchors, so i was able to remove and drill just a bit deeper. For the price, happy with the result. ... show more

I was concerned these shelves would look inexpensive and be flimsy. They are surprisingly good looking and sturdy. We like having the towel bar for a hand towel and the main reason for the purchase. We are very pleased with the purchase and would recommend.

These shelves were exactly what I was looking for. Very sturdy and a clean look. There was a small chip in the corner when it arrived, but I used some black paint to cover it up. I still really like them enough to buy another set for the 2nd bathroom.

This set looks as pictured and was relatively easy to install. It’s perfect for displaying knick knacks or glass bathroom containers, but the towel bar isn’t meant to hold a bath towel—just a hand towel. All in all, it’s stylish and serves the purpose I intended it for.
