The media could not be loaded. The rotating colorful aurora effect is very nice but entirely too weak most of the time unless it’s the only light I have running. The light beams need to be stronger. Unless I turn off all my other lights, the lighting effect isn’t very visible at all. If you plan to use this light on its own in the dark, then it will work well and is very relaxing although the unit does hum quite loudly considering it’s size. Rarely write reviews, but the Sharelife Aurora is really beautiful. I have in my Dad room and it looks amazing on the ceiling. I went to home depot and bought a 7 L x 5 W x 1" H piece of wood that was free, a screw and a washer to mount the laser so I could project it easily on the ceiling. It looks cool, but I can't tell if I have a defective product or the product is supposed to be like this. The buttons on the remote dont adjust anything. The product acts like it's in a demo mode. I had to change the battery in the remote to get it to start, but after it starts the buttons are just there for you to have fun pressing. This product looks super cool, you just can't adjust it in any way. I thought they just repackaged a defective returned one and sent it to me, but maybe this is the way it's supposed to work? Still 2 stars because it's cool, just doesn't let you adjust anything ... show more

No setting where it’s not constantly flashing which defeats the purpose of a light like this. I wanted smooth solid light that isn’t trying to do a hundred different things. Remote doesn’t do much.

I have had this laser projector for a little over a year now, and let me tell you - it does NOT disappoint. I don’t know if I’d be able to find anything better than this at a similar price point - the projection looks so much more expensive than it actually is. This works the best in a completely dark room if you want to get the full effect. If you have other lights on, it’ll still add to the aesthetic, but I highly recommend a totally dark room with the projector positioned as far from the wall as possible. This is really a laser light show - it’s something to sit back and get lost in, and the longer you watch it, the more enthralling it is. I wouldn’t call this a “party light”; if that’s what you’re looking for it this may not be it. The remote is a bit hard to use, it can take a minute to get it onto the setting you want, but it’s not a big enough deal for me to take off a star. ... show more

Stuck in lockdown and bored silly! I bought this to enjoy my very own Pink Floyd laser light show. Very relaxing to look at. I don’t care too much for the remote. It’s very cheap in design and if you have a different laser light show, it will control that one and not work as well. Hard to have 2 machines going and not be able to control the correct one.
