I've been dealing with breast pain for about a week or two, but it took me a bit to understand why I was even having pain at all. Well, I had made the big mistake of neglecting to wear a proper bra for a while...like...months...maybe longer. I'm a 42DDD, 5'2", about 180ibs (trying to lose weight with a good diet to lose the extra fat) Yeah, I learned my lesson BIG time because I dealt with the consequences by dealing with the pain in my breasts. Dang, it hurt. I had a stinging sensation that started from the cleavage, then shoot all around the ladies, especially underneath. After several days (up to a week, almost two) of having to carefully hold my backup bra by the middle of the chest so I could bend down, sit up straight, and mostly lie on my back to help ease the pain, I had to search adjustable supportive bras within my size. That's not always easy. I'm conclusion, I went with Shapermint and another brand. I heard of Shapermint before. When they showed they helped with plus size and bigger women, I wanted to give it a try. Ever since I put both these bras on (one at a time ofc, I'm not actually wearing both at the same time), the pain went away almost immediately! I'm still wearing it, happy, active, bending and sitting properly again without any pain! I'm very pleased with how this supported my ladies. I'm never putting them thru that pain again. The straps being adjustable and having multiple layers of hooks really helped me get the support that I needed. I'll definitely be buying another one soon. This is the second time I have purchased Shapermint bras, and they're AMAZING! They're my go to bras from here on out. The fit is great and the straps support the girls. Great price, strap adjustments are easy and stretchy and flattering.

    • Runs Large for small band sizes
Size: Large Color: Rose Tan
TLDR: If you are a smaller band, larger cup size - do not follow the size chart! I had the original of this bra without the adjustable straps - but the size was not on the inside. I decided to try this one because for the old style, the straps eventually stretch too much leaving little support. To order this one, I went off the size chart. For a 34 cup above DD it recommends a Large. I will be ordering a medium to compare, but this is much too large in the band for a true 34 band. It's quite comfortable, and I will keep this one for a sleep bra or similar, but it does not suit for daily wear outside the house. Not enough support. ... show more

I originally ordered two of these in different colors. I was concerned because one review stated different colors fit differently. Well, I became more concerned after they came with different names on the packages. A little research showed they are from the same company.     • Lined padding is too visible

I had two issues with this bra. First was the sizing. I am a 34B and a small is recommended. It was way too small - I couldn't even put it on. Luckily I also got a medium, just in case. This fit much better. Second, the lining of the pads within the bras were very visible. With many shirts, this wouldn't look great at all. I bought the beige color and imagine it would be the same for the other colors except black, which you would wear under black clothes and the lining would not be visible. 6 years ago, I put on a lot of extra weight, ever since then I've been trying and trying to find a bra to fit me, that would also be both comfortable and supportive of my new body! At least my upper half, if you know what I mean! All I can say is, thank you, Shapermint, thank you for hearing my silent prayers and for answering them! This bra is Everything to me and then some! I bought three of these bras. The bras are comfortable enough you don’t even know it is on. The bras size is right on. Fits perfectly! Great price. Buy 2 get one free. I bought the 3XL size. Fits very well and can be adjusted further. Comes with an extra extension in case you ordered a size too small. The straps can be adjusted to be a racerback bra. This fits a bit snug. Bra is comfortable to wear all day. The straps don't slip. It's flattering as it hides the back bulge and gives a nice shape in the front. It fits true to size. Just enough padding in the cups and it's quite stretchy.
