I've been dealing with breast pain for about a week or two, but it took me a bit to understand why I was even having pain at all. Well, I had made the big mistake of neglecting to wear a proper bra for a while...like...months...maybe longer. I'm a 42DDD, 5'2", about 180ibs (trying to lose weight with a good diet to lose the extra fat) Yeah, I learned my lesson BIG time because I dealt with the consequences by dealing with the pain in my breasts. Dang, it hurt. I had a stinging sensation that started from the cleavage, then shoot all around the ladies, especially underneath. After several days (up to a week, almost two) of having to carefully hold my backup bra by the middle of the chest so I could bend down, sit up straight, and mostly lie on my back to help ease the pain, I had to search adjustable supportive bras within my size. That's not always easy. I'm conclusion, I went with Shapermint and another brand. I heard of Shapermint before. When they showed they helped with plus size and bigger women, I wanted to give it a try. Ever since I put both these bras on (one at a time ofc, I'm not actually wearing both at the same time), the pain went away almost immediately! I'm still wearing it, happy, active, bending and sitting properly again without any pain! I'm very pleased with how this supported my ladies. I'm never putting them thru that pain again. The straps being adjustable and having multiple layers of hooks really helped me get the support that I needed. I'll definitely be buying another one soon. I'm a 60+ lady and I've been searching for a bra that is both comfortable, has support, and doesn't mash the breast into a shapeless shelf. Gravity stands still for no woman, so trying to support aging breasts comfortably has been a quest. This bra does this! Fit & Feel are great. I wear a 42D, so this isn't just for smaller chests. First of all I really love this bra and it's almost perfect. It is so comfortable, has good coverage and is very pretty. I can wear it all day and not want to take it off before the days over. The uplift is amazing, but the band size runs larger than expected. I am a 36D and I had to fasten it at the smallest setting. I hope it doesn't stretch out over time as then will be too big. I had two issues with this bra. First was the sizing. I am a 34B and a small is recommended. It was way too small - I couldn't even put it on. Luckily I also got a medium, just in case. This fit much better. Second, the lining of the pads within the bras were very visible. With many shirts, this wouldn't look great at all. I bought the beige color and imagine it would be the same for the other colors except black, which you would wear under black clothes and the lining would not be visible. These are actually very comfortable. They provide adequate lift with no underwire (or wire anywhere) and the material is a nice quality and soft. They look fine under clothes (doesn't give a unibra look). It's nice that you can adjust them to regular or cross-back, but because having to switch them constantly is a pain, I bought two (actually four now). I almost wear them more than my regular bras. I purchased these bras post pacemaker insertion. They are definitely soft and very comfortable. They launder well, and give about the same amount of support as a sport's bra. If you are large chested, you may want to hang on to your underwire bras for special occasions, that said, they are certainly great for everyday wear. I love the fact that they have closures in the back, which helps as the bra wears, and loved the fact that they had adjustable straps!
