This product worked really well and allowed for some comfort in knowing I was extra protected from leaking. However, for one of the panties, it broke as soon as I put them on. The sewing detached where the thong part connects to the waste band. So I immediately lost one pair of them but the other two have held up so far.

I ordered a M which is my normal size (5'3", 160lbs) and the waist band fit great. The strap was nice and stretchy without grabbing the skin too much when it was on. However, the length from front to back was 4-6" too short. It stopped like it was designed for early 2000s ultra low rise jeans. Super uncomfortable and no pulling forward or back was able to make it fit in any desirable way. The waist band and panty area combo really didn't make sense as far as sizing goes! Very disappointed

I bought a large, which is my usual size in thongs (8-10). These fit a little tighter than I'd like because it tends to make the lace sides roll up. They are very stretchy though, so they make fit better after a few wears. UPDATE: The company issued me a refund without my even requesting one. EXCELLENT customer service!
