This is a great quilt. I got the ivory color and it's a great warm white, perfect for my daughter's room. She loves how soft it is. The only thing is that she wishes it were soft on both sides, one side is the velvet, and the other is more similar to a cotton. Also, it's dimensions are a little wide for her bed such that is hangs beyond the dimensions of her duvet and sheet. Not a giant deal since we put her duvet and sheet under the quilt, but if you're looking for something to put between a duvet or comforter, and sheet, make sure you check the dimensions well for your specific bed case.

The media could not be loaded. The velvety texture is nice and from the photo you can see my cat approves! The material is thin with plush texture on one side and a fabric backing, but any heavier and it would likely be too warm for every season and a winter only blanket. The stitching is quality as well and tit drapes nicely, fitting my queen size bed perfectly. I was hoping the green would be a darker green from the look of the advertised photo, however it looks nice and is the right olive tone to go with my color scheme.

Label attached to blanket states 100% polyester but is advertised as velvet, soft brushed microfiber. I see a pattern with Amazon sellers describing their products incorrectly, borderline deceptive - should be described as soft velvet, microfiber “feel” not as what this blanket aspires to be. Also, I wouldn’t say this would qualify as a thick quilt; definitely more of a bedspread/blanket, but I was looking for more of a blanket. Along with the preferred weight of this blanket the impossible to find cocoa brown color is a PERFECT warm brown. Texture not piled, smooth and semi-shiny. Good king size, hangs in all the right places. Easily comparable to all those other fun popular stores - good price and value for sure!

This is one of the best Amazon purchases I've made in a while! I initially bought it to help stage my condo prior to going on the market, and I really wasn't expecting (or needing) a lot in terms of quality. BUT! It's incredibly soft, warm but not bulky, and has held up against my two big dogs (70lbs and 45lbs) sleeping on it every night. Plus it's just gorgeous! I know right now it's flagged as an item that's frequently returned, but I'm not sure why. Maybe there's a difference in quality between the colors? All I know is that the Dark Green is definitely worth the money!
