The media could not be loaded. This laptop is the slowest laptop I have ever owned. When I first started it up it told me I needed to have some sort of disc. It didn't come with anything. I rebooted, and it took forever to do anything. The mouse scrolling it great, until it randomly isn't and it's either going crazy slow or endlessly looping around the screen. The mouse buttons also randomly decide to click for no reason, repeatedly. This happens for up to a minute at a time. When it's malfunctioning, I'm unable to do anything else during that time. I bought for school, so this is especially disappointing. I'd return in, but my kids got rid of my box for me so I'm stuck with it. Do yourself a favor. I wouldn't even recommend this laptop to someone I didn't like. Added some video of it glitching and a pic of the screen that won't go away. I have an assignment due, that I can't turn in because this awful garbage. ... show more

I got this laptop few weeks ago I like it I don’t have any problems with it I watching movies and YouTube videos on it , it’s fast I am reading other people reviews I am lost of the words if I would get comp that not working I would lose my mind but I got lucky I guess I love this comp for a price

I made a mistake, I assumed it was like most PC now to be touch screen, this PC wasn't. However, it works so far. I will add a review of any other dislikes I may have. Finally, this PC just works for what I do, nothing heavy, Amazon shopping, information getting and that sort of tasks. Barely emails. So far, it's works....
