I’m a 245 pound man and this kept my legs up and in several different positions without any problems. I bought it for the specific purpose of keeping my legs up in my recliner while my Hismith did its work. It is well suited for the task. Nice looking set and seems well made. No uncomfortable or irritating side effects from its use. I would have thought there would be more adjustment options but honestly I just needed to slide the neck piece down to my shoulders to adjust and down the leg to adjust so yeah.
