I loved the product and had had it in my cart waiting until I could place my order. When I received my package, I was so excited. In my excitement I was in too big of a hurry to to look at these beautiful Christmas ornaments. Upon unwrapping I dropped one of the ornaments. Completely my fault! I contacted the company to order a replacement. Although the breakage was my fault, the company immediately shipped a replacement to me at no charge. These ornaments are beautiful and so is the customer service. I will be ordering more when I can. Huge thank you!!
