My 13 yo loves them! She hates wearing jeans but I chances these. She likes the fit, the stretch. She is 5’7” so they hot just at tye ankles but look great w boots! Will buy another pair soon!

This is a cheaper alternative to similar jeans I found at Gap however my biggest complaint is the chemical smell that doesn’t seem to go away. I have read about others experiencing a strong odor but normally after a wash, it’s fine. I have washed these jeans 4x and there is still such a strong chemical odor. Even my partner noted the strength this odor has and how it lingers. If it wasn’t for this, I would have rated them higher but the smell is unbearable. ... show more

I really want to give these jeans a 5 star review because of how I credibly comfortable, well-made, and durable they are. I am so pleased with the softness and yet thickness of these jeans. I'm 4'11", and I'm wearing them with platform sandals. The elastic waist is thick. Had I not recently put on a few pounds, this probably wouldn't bother me, but being so high-waisted, I do feel like I'm "pouring out" of these some when sitting. I think if I were a bit taller, and these fit more like cropped jeans on me, they would be super cute. That brings me to why I cannot give 5 stars. For me, the waist is very high. I normally like high-waisted pants, but something about the stitching of the long front pockets makes the jeans look a little awkward for me. Again, if I was taller maybe this wouldn't be an issue. I feel like the pockets highlight my height a bit. The pull string is very long, almost awkwardly long. It makes a cute bow, but it honestly just feels in the way.
