At the risk of ending up in hazebois... If you're like me, you are probably looking for a reasonably priced option to stack your either growing or robust lambic and corked beer collection. This is not it. At $38 during Prime days, it was worth a gamble. Arrived fast and in reasonably good packaging. All items inside the box were intact and brief instructions were provided. However, the setup of this bottle shelf is fairly self explanatory. 8 side walls/joints, 4 neck racks, 4 bottom racks. I grabbed a rubber mallet but it was generally useless. Immediately upon looking at the product, I could tell that they would likely not fit the bottles. Unfettered, I plowed on building on little but hope. The first problem I noticed once I was done was that the space in between shelves is barely enough to fit any 750cc bottle. Secondly, the bottle bottoms simply do not fit. I tried both American and European bottles, and the result was generally similar. American bottles did fit slightly better? They eventually start to wedge against each other and you run out of space before using all the slots. They feel generally unstable, not a feeling you like with your prized bottles. Lastly, the whole structure wobbles slightly. I thought this would improve as you put bottles on it, but it didn't. Granted, this might have been exacerbated by my bottles not fitting properly. The shelves themselves are made of quality wood and have a nice glossy finish. Overall, it seems like a decent product for wine storage, but I don't have any wines to test it. Deducting stars due to perceived instability. Would recommend if I could evaluate it with appropriately sized bottles.

The package was well packed. Assembly was a breeze. It is strong and sturdy, and able to hold a lot of wines! The package was missing a correct piece. Contacted customer service and it was an absolute pleasure to get the problem resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. Highly recommend!

It does just exactly what a wine rack should do. No more no less. Assembly was fairly easy. I would suggest adding a stabilizer if you live in earthquake country.
