These are an acquired taste but sure are comfortable! I bought my original 3 pack and had just bought a more expensive pack of Saxx just before these. Though I like the Saxx over my Ex-Officios, I love these Separatec's! I like their fit, their features, their comfort, and their quality. I'm a husky guy who struggles with chaffing and boxers bunching up while walking around all day. So I really put these to the test while on a recent trip to Walt Disney World just before Christmas.... miles and miles daily. These underwear performed flawlessly every day that I wore them. The Saxx bunched up and had to be constantly adjusted while wearing them all day. The Separatec's stayed in place and kept me from chaffing. I'm going to address the complaint of the top rolling over. Yep, they rolled over but I've got a belly so ALL my underwear roll over.... including my Saxx, Under Armours, and Ex-Officios. So if you have a belly, I don't know what underwear you wear that don't roll over. I got over it and moved on. I highly recommend these Separatec's!

I have tried so many brands and styles of underwear, I had been watching these since they came out and, still skeptical, finally got them. THIS REVIEW IS ORGANIZED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE (BECAUSE I'M AWESOME) INTRODUCTION -- REASONS I NEED THESE--THINGS YOU MAY RELATE TO: Personally, I need some underwear with some space that holds securely because, bluntly put, there's a measuring stick in my pants. I also like to wear skinny or slim jeans on occasion so chaffing or pinching can be an unresolved issue. Otherwise, I am active in working out and running with my dogs and can run into the same issues without tight pants! #1 MATERIAL: The material is super comfy, no itching, stays where it is unless you're moving your pants around. I have sensitive skin as well. EVERYTHING is breathable but very well stitched together; you can see in other pictures. #2 BALL POUCH The ball pouch is still part of the briefs, but somehow it cradles you just right and tight without constriction or against your skin/leg. I can't explain how good that feels, finally! #3 THE ANACONDA POUCH Well, the aperture could be slightly bigger for me but I think if you're average or above you're gonna think it's great! It's not as tight as a condom for me and is more flexible. Then, the space for the main drain is roomy but secure, and the bottom openly lips around to keep everything in and act as a fly when you needa pee (the most conveniently used fly I've ever used). #4 THE PRICE $$$: I hate it. I hate hate hate spending 40$ on 3 pairs of underwear, like wtf, no dude. I despise this, so so so much. But, I have to overlook the price because everything else about these is 👌 I put 6 more pairs in my cart for next month and decided nah, I can't wait, give'm to me now I threw all my other pairs out already there's no thinking about it for me SUMMARY: the best pair of underwear I have worn in my life. I am updating my review to add the newer style pin hole polyamide boxer briefs with the new updated fit. My original review of the solid fabric model, which I still really like, is below as originally posted. The new models should be a separate item listing with separate reviews. In short I give the new product three stars solely because of the waist band design. It's made in there sections with nearly transparent thinner fabric in between. This folds over on itself the moment I put these on. It's ok for a little while but becomes very frustrating during the dayb while trying to keep it flat. Fit wise the new updated size chart for this suggest I wouldn't fit in to an XXL with my 44" waist. Previously I sized don to a XL on all separatec and David archy items and they fit well. I went ahead and bought XL again not knowing if it'd be too tight, but I'm happy to report that it's actually better now. I used to have bad fall out issues with the dual pouch system, but this revised sizing makes it just snug enough that this issue is mostly resolved! The fabric itself is also great, even better than the original super thin solid fabric. It's very very breathable and fast drying so I really wanted to like this new model. Unfortunately the waist band design just hinders it from being great. I am sending these back. If the original waist band was sewn on to the new fabric as is I'd buy multiple packs of these. --------------------------------------------------- Original review for the standard sport boxer briefs (solid fabric): I had previously had David Archy boxer briefs, which are really nice for the hot weather in Phoenix summers so I thought I'd give the sister brand Sepratec a try. The fabric is the same very thin synthetic moisture wicking type material. It's almost sheer to the point you could see through a single layer in the right light, but not quite. It works very well for hot sweaty weather. The concept is you have a hole to put part of your manhood in to keep things separated. There is the grower vs shower comparison and these are primarily designed for showers, of which I am not. If I wear these as intended I do not stay in the separate pouch for very long. They are still comfortable none the less. What I've found works is if I put everything through the hole. This creates a great separation from my legs and also lifts some. The fly is horizontal, you lift up from deep down below so it takes a little bit of deliberate movements to close it fully, but it does work. If you have low hangers this may not work however if you want to be covered. Overall these are very comfortable and very stretchy. I wear them often. My waist is 44" and I am able to comfortably wear an XL size in these with plenty of additional stretch left.
