I recommend for anybody with an autistic child, especially if your child has a bad habit, for instance, my child kept jumping down the stairs from about 4 steps high. It's loud and I'm sure my neighbors could hear it (apartment life), plus I was worried he'd hurt himself. But it was hard to get him to stop. This solved the problem. I've since then gotten him more options, but for a parent who has a young autistic child and has no idea what to do in situations like that, this is a good and affordable product to try to replace more destructive or harmful habits or behaviors. I don't remember if there were options for color, but the blue is very pretty. :) This product is almost too good lol. It spins effortlessly and my child loves it. He spent the first two days after it arrived spinning constantly. He got motion sick a few times, so yes that is a possibility with this product. Might want to watch that. Lol. It has a pretty big seat, too, I can spin on it if I wanted to. It was super simple to assemble, great instructions. It's a very nice quality, too, it doesn't look or feel cheap. It's got a solid base but still fairly easy to move around if you have to, easy to pick up. If you're in the market for a spinning chair for you little one, you could do way worse than this product. I am so so so very disappointed!!!😔 I have a four year old autistic child who lovesss stimulation and this chair was so perfect! Unfortunately where the bolt meets the base is broke the FIRST night! I thought it might be faulty so I went ahead and bought a second one….. and she enjoyed it soo much!!! She spun on it everyday! For it to again break a month later in the exact same spot!!!!!! It was not cheap and to spend that much twice I was very disappointed!!!! ... show more

I bought this for my grandson he was six. He has autism loves to spin. It helps with his balance and coordination. And I noticed that when he stops spinning or when he has anxiety or don't know what to do with himself it he'll sit in the chair and itself soothing and takes the stress levels down. I highly recommend this chair it was delivered on time it's sturdy and easily enough for my grandson to spin on his own. It was easy to put together it's worth every penny. I ordered the blue one and after a year the seat broke off. I contacted the company and they sent me a new chair for free and it came in two days. My grandson is so happy. I just wanted to thank the company for giving us a replacement. I would buy from this company again.
