You can flip, rub and squeeze them when you are stressing out, need a sensory experience or a distraction. I am going to set them on the table for my ND teen while she homeschools, so she has a happy distraction from the frustration, lol. The textures are cool on these. They are a rubbery soft silicone that provide just the right amount of resistance, so you can squeeze them in your hand slightly like a stress ball. Since I got these, I have found myself using them more than my own kiddo, and have actually come to love them and use them more than our other stim tools and toys. There is just something satisfying to them, more so than a regular squeeze ball. The person who created these most definitely is or has experience with Neurodivergent needs. These little cubes would be great for waiting in a Doctors office or other appt. Stick them in a backpack, bag or purse. Provides decent relaxation.

Comes apart very easily and quickly and is not very durable and is very cheap material and not very fun would not recommend for kids with autism like my self because the kids will go very hard on it and it will brake in less than 20 seconds and you can not put it back together so I would recommend The fidget cube toys for Adults instead you get 6 cubes instead of two and they will last longer and if you need more you can find the same thing in different colors and textures as well which is great for people like me with autism and ADHD and anyone with a particular disability that needs to have something to fidget with hopefully this helps you decide what to purchase have a great day and god bless ps buy at your own risk break very quickly will not last it lasted me about 20 minutes from the time I received the product would highly not recommend.

I found it difficult to squish, and the texture areas are small. You are better off buying something squishy and some textured worry stones instead.

We’ve got a house full of neurospicy individuals, so I’m always on the hunt for interesting fidgets. This one is great because it’s totally silent. Awesome to stick in a pocket or pencil case and have with you during school, a quiet moment like church or a theatre performance. The rubber is soft to the touch, but pretty firm. The varied textures on each side are nice too. This is a win for all ages.

I absolutely love these as a fidget and so do my sensory seeking students. However they end up breaking at the seam within a couple of days no matter how careful you are.
