These bars are too narrow in diameter to fit standard end-cap brake levers. I think most people will want to add such brake levers to these bars, so for me that's a huge negative. if you plan to use other styles of brake levers (or don't need brake levers—though please be careful with such a design!) then these could be OK. ... show more

    • Inaccurate dimensions pictured.

The dimensions in the picture show a 25.4mm clamp size and a 18mm inner diameter at the bar ends. Wrong. It's actually way narrower. It's too narrow to clamp, it's too narrow for normal road brake levers, and too small for regular bar end plugs that come with the bar tape.
