To start off, I'm 110lbs with a slight athletic build and have a bra size of 34 A/B depending on style and brand, though I do tend to more A than B. I got these in s/m and they fit really well after washing. As others have stated, the straps aren't adjustable and did feel a bit too loose at first. Since they were new, I washed them all on delicate, no fabric softer, and tossed in the dryer, no fabric sheets. There wasn't any pilling, fading or stitching problems but they did shrink just a wee bit. Normally I might be bothered by that but in this case it was a good thing. No more loose straps! The fit is now on point. As far as the inserts, I do prefer having them but didn't like the ones that came with the bras. I tossed those and replaced them with my favorite brand and just like that, these became perfect! Just so it's understood, I do workout regularly but I didn't get these for that. These, in my opinion, don't offer the support you'd need for workouts. I have sports bras designated for that. I got these for daily wear as I quit wearing regular bras many years ago and refuse to go back. These are so comfortable and I don't feel the need to take it off when I get home. Plus, I can wear them with just about anything thanks to their spaghetti straps. I did buy these during a sale, but even at their regular price, I'd buy them again. These spaghetti strap bras feel more comfortable than going bra-less. They keep the area under your breasts from getting moist. The padding is just enough to keep you from poking through. The look is natural and modest. There is no weight on your shoulders. Therefore, they don't ride up. The band around your rib cage is not constricting. In all, it is like a comfortable undershirt that keeps the area under your breasts dry. Also, it isn't like wrestling a boa constrictor to get the thing on and off over your head. This is the best best best bra I can ever get. I was looking something for night wear which I can wear outside after work and don’t feel like oh I’m wearing bra and that’s irritating. This feels you’re not wearing anything inside so much soft and comfortable. Also you can just wear it outside as a gym wear too. And that looks also so great. ... show more

I'm a Size 34D-34DD so I got medium as recommended by the measurement guide and wearing it feels comfortable and size is good. But, I was hoping the material would be more cotton than polyester. It feels soft and smooth on the skin but it does feel more plastic than natural skin friendly cotton. It has removable sponge pads inside (triangular shaped, can be changed easily if you prefer a circular ones). I only tried it on so I'm not sure how it holds with movement and body heat. Edited to add: I finally was able to take them all out of their individual wrappers. Sadly two of the six had a problem with the under bust band. The seam had come undone. I did get a $10 recompense from amazon for it. I also wish the straps were wider. They are NOT digging in, but I just wish they were wider. I was looking for something to get away from those blasted underwires. I finally said let me just try a sports bra. I never before did because.... well.... don't laugh, but I don't do sports, so I never thought of buying a sports bra! SOOOOO MANY WASTED YEARS! These fit perfectly, they actually do give a slight bit of support, but my chest is not huge, I usually wear a 36 D. This bra keeps them in place. Nice and perky looking and keeps it all in check on " those cold days" , if you know what I mean. ;) I am also a bit older, going on 50 and not everything is as in place as it once was. So I thought I would never be able to go without an underwire to perk them up a bit. But this bra does it. It gives me just the right amount of cleavage. No butt chest, just the right amount of lift. I did leave the pads in though. Not sure what it would do without the pads. I got the stronger colours (not the pastells) and they really are like pictured. Absolutely gorgeous. I have worn the first one all day today and pretty much forgot I had it on. No diging in of wires, no shoulder pain from the straps cutting in, the band around my torso is super comfy! Everything is soft and relaxed and yet keeps things in shape. How have I lived this long without these???? I will definitely buy more! ... show more
