So, If I had known that this purchase would take over 30 days before I would receive my credit, I would never have ordered them. I purchased two pairs of these boots, which DID not fit. I usually wear a size 6 to 6.6, so I ordered a 6.5 and quickly ordered the replacement, a 7.5 boot. The boot is good-looking. Concerning the rating, I only gave them two stars because of the store, Shopbop lack of customer care and the boot sizing is off. There was no return policy stated anywhere. So, I assumed (bad on my part) that it would be the Amazon return policy. It’s been over 30 days and I am still awaiting credit for these boots. I submitted a dispute with my credit card company and I received an email from Amazon - Shopbop - that they tried to charge my card again ??? Completely strange. UPS confirmed delivery of the return back to Amazon/Shopbop! Where is confirmation that Amazon is processing the rerun. I will never purchase from Shopbop again. ... show more
