  • Heavy Duty and Worked Well
Color: Gold Brown Size: XXL
I bought this for a nine-state camping adventure. I was able to put my sleeping bag, pillow, and air mattress in the bag. It held up really well, and it’s made of high-quality materials. I highly recommend it.

  • I Knew It
Color: Gold Brown Size: XXL
Have heard so many gear reviewers mention and recommend Sea To Summit, and I was pretty sure it would be of good quality. But I wasn't expecting this much. I'm more into Tactical/Survival/Military-like gear, and don't often mess with civilian camping gear. It's usually not as durable, and most often in brighter colors, which I'm not a fan. But I saw this and another version of dry sack by STS, and they were a little closer to my color scheme (not only do I like my gear to blend in with nature, but also with my other gear, because I build packs/kits for show, in videos. So, color and aesthetics are important to me). I've had, and still have, many dry bags, and this one seems pretty superior to even my favorite brands. I saw a reviewer mention that it was really "thin"? I'm thinking they're used to the rubbery kind, because it's at least as thick, I think thicker, than any drysack of this kind, that I've had. I've had some thicker ones made for electronics, and thick waterproof duffel bags and such, but not in this style. They're usually thinner. On the other hand, it's still thin and pliable enough, and has a rip-stop-looking grid pattern in it. Love the removable buckles that can be replaced. That's an awesome touch. Even though the buckles don't look or feel like they'll be wearing out for a long time. If ever. Super sturdy. I don't see the Cordura label on it, like thry have on the other one I got, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was. This has a military grade feel to it. Awesome lashing points, 5 on each side, with the middle one being bigger than the other four, with a rubberry reinforcment backing. Like the material they have along the seal. I don't usually like it when there's the strips of hard plastic in the hem of the opening, but they only have it on one side, and it's more flexible than the others I've encountered like that. I just prefer that part be empty, even though I'm sure it helps to hold the seal. I think the best use for this, is to throw a daypack, or hiking pack into, to keep dry. Strap it to a kayak, canoe, rowboat, John boat, fishing boat, maybe even white water rafting. I was able to put my 5.11 Rush 12, fully loaded and stuffed full in there, with LOTS more room on top. Wish I still had my tall Eberlestock pack to test it on, because it looks to be about the right size for it. So, this is a Win, for sure. I thought it was a little pricy, until I actually checked it out. My favorote dry bags, are a fraction of the size, and cost 30 or 40-something bucks. This one is more durable than those, with a whole lot more material involved. So, in comparison, I think STS is kicking butt at this pricepoint. I have a simple pack cover that I love, by a good brand, that's thinner, with far less features-it's just an elastic rain cover, and didn't cost much less than this bag, that can be completely submerged in water, and even float, if there's air in it. This kind of gear is expensive, but at least they are delivering as much or more, and competing in price with other top brands I know of. This bag is a Win 👍 ... show more

  • Excellent quality and design.
Color: Gold Brown Size: XXL
Heavy duty dry bag. Designed to be lashed outside and exposed to the elements. There are multiple exterior lashing and tie down points. This material feels like it will last a life time if you don’t abuse it, and would probably last for years even if you did abuse it. I like the muted brown color scheme, it goes well with the rest of my camping and river gear. Recommended. ... show more

  • Huge!
Color: Gold Brown Size: XXL
This thing is GIANT! Very light material, it’s very thin but it’s not cheap material. Sea to Summit makes outstanding products. This bag will be great for backpacking or fishing trips to the 10,000 islands. No doubt all of my stuff will stay dry.
