After totally losing my hair in 2018 due to chemo for lymphoma, it has grown back even thinner. At 75, with osteoarthritis in my shoulders, it’s hard to do much of anything with whatever hair is still growing. It has been much less strenuous to just make a low ponytail with these wonderful hair bands in the last several months. I use two at a time just in case one may weaken and break, and they haven’t been breaking, so they’re obviously very sturdy and durable. These are my favorite hair bands! I've been using them for years! I usually buy them at local retailers, but ordered them through here because i order alot from amazon and seen that amazon had them... Anyway's, they are great for thinner hair, not sure about thick hair-- im sure it works fine for thick hair, but very good for thin hair! Couple of the hair ties broke, but that was after about a week of constant use. They're thin and work pretty well for the messy buns and pony tails i put in my hair.
