The only possible negative I could even come up with is that the supplied screws might not suit all applications, and I chose to supply my own screws... I have a tabvkle my Grandfather made for my Mother like 40 years ago. It is a gaming table with flip out wings on the 4 sides. I am using it as part of my computer office, and I wanted it to be a similar height to the other computer type tables and desks (I am making a sort of U shaped desk cluster). I ended up using 4 of these hard rubbery disks stacked - on each leg. I predrilled about an inch or so at the bottom of each leg, then used 2 inch wood screws (my own) thru 4 disks and into the wood. Snugged them until they were not able tio rotate at all - very firm feeling. The tabel is rock solid feeling and it looks great. You get a lot of these feet in the box, so this was more than enough for my application. It comes with screws sufficient if you only want one disk added to eachg leg. Thanks whomever makes and sells these!

I bought these to replace worn out feet on outdoor metal patio chairs. They are exactly as advertised and I was able to screw them in perfectly. Only problem was that they are so good that they don’t slide on a concrete surface. I ended up only doing one chair as a result. So they are a good product but they won’t work in all applications. Darn.

I put sliding feet on our deck chairs and these feet on our deck table. The table stays in place nicely. They also lift the wooden base up off the wet decking by a 1/4" or so. The screws were not the highest quality, but they work. It remains to be seen how they will hold up over time outside, though.

I added 10 of these to each Adirondack chair on my dock nd they do not slide in the strong winds anymore. My dock was replaced by Trex and make the chairs slide easy. Now, they are very hard to move and I would easily say they could withstand strong storm winds (<75 mph). I recommend these highly. I used a drill and the small bit that fit the screws and had no problems. Just remember to drill a pilot hole slightly smaller & shorter than the screw and it goes in great.

The set comes with 32pcs of hard rubber pads and same amount of good quality screws. I added them now to my 6 dining chairs and it worked like a charm. The original leg protections have been too soft and have been wearing off in short time but then I've always been worried that it would be too complicated to add new feet. If I had known, how easy it is, I'd have done it long time ago already. I've tried different ways how to add the screws. First, I used the original screws without pre-drill then with pre-drill and then alternately some self-drill sheet medal screws and all the options worked very well, but of course most recommended is the pre-drill with a fine drill. With all the methods the pads have a solid hold, and I don't expect them to get loose anytime soon. What's also awesome is that the pads have some kind of metal plate inside as a reinforcement, which makes sure that the pads are not falling off at least as long as the screws stay in place. Very solid construction. Hard but not too hard. Finally, I don't have to be worried any more about the chair legs and the sensitive floor.
