Normally I base my reviews of a product on the quality versus the price. But in the case of this is pipe, it is high quality. Regardless of the price point. I have seen pipes triple this price that do not approach its quality. The bowl is made of wood, not plastic. The band is real brass. And the stem is extremely heavy duty plastic. It is beautifully finished with no rough spots or flaws. In addition to the excellent pipe itself, it comes with many accessories that are extremely convenient for the pipe user. It comes with filters, a bull scraping tool, a stand, pipe cleaners, a bowl screen, and a couple of rubber stem protectors. Since I tend to hold my pipe with my teeth, the rubber stem protectors are a really neat accessory to protect the pipe stem from being scratched. I enjoyed this pipe so much, and found it to be such an exceptional value, that I have purchased five of them total. I'm putting several of them away for future need, because I suspect that they will not continue to be available at this incredibly good price. If you are a pipe smoker, or are purchasing one for someone else, you can feel very good buying this pipe. It is nothing short of excellent.

Impressive! The product description is modest at best. I have purchased a number of pipes for myself and as gifts. I've received accolades from those I have gifted. I was just placing a tobacco order and I was looking at the pipe on sale. I focused in on two and I almost purchased one when I looked at the one I was smoking. Immediately I thought of Scott's. I went on Amazon and placed an order. I smoking it right now thinking how much money I saved. It smokes great! This would be a good starter kit for anyone wanting to start smoking a pipe. For me, it was a replacement for one of mine whose stem had broken. The bowl is not lacquered, so no risk of fumes. The stem is sturdy, so little risk of breakage. The rubber tip covers actually fit, too, though they do make it a bit bulky in the mouth. The pipe tool is handy. The reamer... well, we'll see on that. The box it comes in is nice enough to be gifted or to keep to store the accessories, but not so nice that you'll feel bad tossing it. The collapsible pipe stand is nice, too. Edit 7/27/23: After cracking about a week ago, the stem has broken. It lasted a while, but it's still not nearly as durable as it should be.

I had my first bowl on this pipe. I wanted to try it. I said if anything I could use it as an incense holder. I didn't think I would like the pipe as much as I did. I made my own blend as I have allergies towards nicotine, and I've been around Tabacco cigar smoke and couldn't speak the next day. I made a blend of herb's I've heard other pipe smoker's smoke. So, it's mug wart, saint john's wart, sage, peppermint, raspberry leaf and nettle leaf. It's a very nice blend. I love that with pipe smoking you're not inhaling the smoke through your lungs. Really you're just keeping the pipe going. But the pipe itself is a really nice set. It comes with everything you need to smoke except the blend. But I had all that laying around my house. It's a nice starter set for those who don't want to sink a lot of money into it because they're just trying it out for the first time. I highly recommend this one because it also comes with 3 different chambers to snazz up the look of the pipe if you want to switch it out. It comes with black, blue-green, and white. I recommend buying extra cleaning straws just in case you like it like I do as it only comes with about 3 of them. I didn't use any of the screens or anything. Muttonchop pipe smoker on YouTube said he just likes the pipe and nothing else. I agree with him. I didn't use anything on my first pipe. I didn't want to get into the filters and screens and sink a whole bunch of money into this. After all, all the old timers who smoke pipe never used any of that stuff because you're not smoking it like you smoke a cigar, or cigarette. All in all, this is exceptionally giftable weather you're using it for a prop or you want to try the real thing.

the quality is absurd for this price. it has significant heft and thickness to all parts which fit snugly. The tools included are also very robust. my last pipe lasted around 4 years and feels like a cheap knockoff comparatively. the bowl is a little too small for my fingers so the toolkit is necessary, but thankfully they also fit it perfectly. i'm beyond impressed and figure you'd be hard pressed to find something that feels so good for this price. curious and excited to see how it holds up over the years

I would give it a five star cause it’s smokes great But the three star is because the shaft where the stem inserts is cracked Trying to figure out how I can fix it cause other then this it’s one of my favorite pipes For its price it smokes like a very expensive pipe

Purchased this set on Jan 6 of 2025. only used the pipe a few times over a couple of months. took it apart to clean and the plastic insert that is glued in to the stem came out. no attempt to glue it back would work. after contacting company for a replacement stem they offered and sent a complete new set to me. Highly impressed with the company's commitment to the customer. The pipe its self is a descent pipe for everyday use where you don't want to use your high end pipes. the bowl is wood and the stem a plastic material. changed to 5 star review simply because the company has shown it deserves to be noticed!
