These markers work exactly how they are described! I’ve seen reviews saying that the design doesn’t get dark enough but as it clearly states in the instructions, just apply more heat! I was concerned my design wasn’t getting dark enough but I kept applying heat and as you can see, it worked! I created a stencil with my cricut and stuck it to the wood, colored inside the lines with the markers, applied heat and voila!! I’m in love with this new craft. Another good thing to mention is pick your wood carefully! I was concerned that the markers would bleed outside of the stencil because some wood is more porous than others but there was no bleed at all besides one small part where I didn’t stick the stencil down hard enough but that’s on me, not the markers. Google the best wood for pyrography and go by that! Their website also tells you which woods work best. Love it! Will most definitely buy again! Sooooo easy and worth it. ... show more

used by Cricut Maker 3 and stencil material but it still bled under. It didn't run from the pen, I primed it just enough and dabbed it onto paper towel to remove excess like it said. I didn't think it bled until after I used the heat gun on it and then you could see it.

Saw this product on YouTube so I decided to try it out. Did a test on a piece of wood but the liquid inside was so thin that it spread into the fiber of the wood all over. When I applied the heat with the heat gun, 1. This need a lot of heat to darken plus you can also burn your wood in the process. 2. The engraving wasn't clean because of how it spread all over. If the solution was just a lil thicker and don't need that much heat to darken I think it would have been great. ... show more

It writes great, primes great, but didn’t work when I applied heat.. it just dried the scorch pen ink into the wood but didn’t burn it like it’s supposed to. I’m using birch wood which is one of the recommended
