I am again very pleased with Scor-Pal Tape. This is my second order of multiple sizes. It will be a "reorder" for me as long as it is available. I am a serious crafter. I love to add layers to my greeting cards. Scor-Pal assures me that where I put a ribbon trim or flower, it will stay put. I make blank inside greeting cards for deployed troops to send back home through Operation Write Home. So it's important that the adhesive be really, really strong to hold up to being battered in those mountains of military mail, and perhaps being carried around in a pack or pocket in the Afghan mts or Iraq desert. This tape is hands down, the stickiest, most powerful tape I've ever used. That's the good news. The not so good news is that once you put it down, you're not going to be able to pull whatever you've attached with it off a card or scrapbook page to reposition. So, just make sure that everything's exactly the way you want it, because that's the way it's going to stay.

You can tear or cut these to size, can get them in just about any width, though we prefer the narrower ones. We use these for making greeting cards, my mother-in-law and myself. We used to use carpet tape, but it gets our scissors all gummy, even when we use the "non-stick" Fiscars scissors. Plus you only have the one size. This stuff is wonderful, doesn't gum up our scissors, and if we want we can tear it, though, that's not really our style, plus it's not as precise as cutting it. We can get it in super small widths too, so it's great for attaching ribbon to a card and little do-dads. It also lasts and lasts, doesn't buckle over time or come unstuck, once it's down it's not coming off, and since we make things in advance, it could be months until it's used, it's important to us to make sure that it will look as good then as it does now. I used this to mount a flat color matched ethernet cable to run discretely around doorways across the house but it was not easy to separate from the paper backing, would curl up when separating, and then would not even hold onto the lightweight cable for more than a few days unless I used the tape on the whole cable. I replaced this with some Scotch "Indoor Mounting Tape" which has worked much better and has lasted for two years now so I am not going back to this stuff for unless it is for ultra light weight crafts projects.

I bought some Scor-tape for the first time when I read some reviews from happy customers. I needed it to finish the backs of 2 large acrylic canvas paintings I had done. I had very sturdy hard cardboard I wanted to use as a dust cover on the painting's backs. Well this tape adheres so well and was easy to stick and then peel off top layer. I'll buy it again.

I purchased this double sided tape for a project I was going to be working on. I needed to temporarily tape year numbers to a leather sleeve before I could stitch it down. The tape was wonderful for the job and made my life so much stress free for the five jackets I needed to sew on felt year numbers to leather sleeves. If you have ever sewn leather you know you only have one chance to get it right. Leather is not forgiving. I just put the tape on the year number, then peeled off the paper from the tape and taped it to the sleeve. It held the number good enough for me to then sew it to the sleeve. Remember though it is a sticky substance and sometimes that will gum up your needle so I did not sew over the tape. So I can not tell you if sewing over it would gum up your needle. If you would have to use it that way I would suggest doing a test on something that didn't matter. I will definitely be buying another roll of this tape.

One of the best adhesive options for paper crafters! This stuff sticks better than anything. Love it for card layers, and anything that needs a strong hold. I always keep 1/2, 1/4 and 1/8" on hand. Some people can easily tear off what they need - I find it easier to keep small scissors nearby. THe only thing is, once you've stuck something to it, it's hard (but not impossible) to unstick. No room for error! But that's the beauty - it won't come apart!

This is a very aggressive double-sided adhesive, so you'd better be accurate in placing your item where you need it to be; once it's down, it's down to stay. It can be removed, with no damage to the paper, using Un-Du, a petroleum-based product that will allow you to reuse your paper. Works with embossing powders or some foils.
