Warning, when ordering, order one size up as these do run small. Read my whole review!! I just got this today and I must say, this is not a bad flannel coat. I say "coat" because it fits and wears more or less like a coat instead of a jacket. It's very comfortable to wearcas I've just been wearing it around the house to get a feel for this. I love wearing plaid/flannel shirts and coats/jacket so I'm very accustomed to wearing these. Ok so here are the pros: Very comfortable, love the color and choices of colors, materials seem very good although maybe not too rugged, good to wear out in the cold I suppose if wearing another layer of undershirt, wouldn't wear in place of a winter parka. Cons: Although I think a Large fits me good, I went ahead and just ordered an XL to see the size difference as another reviewer stated these run small. Although I do agree to a degree, the length is a bit short for my liking but isn't a deal breaker. I'm 5'7" with just a tad bit of a stomach (stuck on a temporary desk job) and I think the girth of this coat is just a tiny bit tight but again, not a deal breaker because of my poor choice of eating habit...lol. The breast pocket buttons are not very well stitched in and may fall off at some point in time as the stitching really is weak and not strong. So I suppose the longevity of these buttons will depend on the wearer. The sleeves length are spot on for what I like and am pleased with that. In the pictures I posted, you can see the inside of my hand and outside showing the length is a good fit. Also I was able to take a "rear" picture showing the length of this coat from behind. The very last thing I was a bit disappointed in...the color. In the listing, the pictures show a crisp sharp image. Not so when you get it. The coat literally has a little bit of a "blurry" look to it and not that crisp sharp look to the color like you see in the listing. Those familiar with wearing plaids and flannels know what I'm talking about. So, all in all this is not a bad coat, I just think maybe I will order a XL and compare the sizes. I like my flannels and plaids a little big because I carry concealed and those are deciding factors for me in these types of clothing. But if I were to grade this on a 5-Star grading, I'd probably give it a 4.5 just because I was disappointed with the coloring being "blurred" but that isn't a deal breaker. After wearing this just around the house, I think maybe this probably would fall under a "jacket" as I am discovering this jacket is a bit thin. But it really is comfortable to wear. Hope this helps... Update: November 13, 2023... Ok so I finally got around to ordering the XL size and I got to admit, this fits waaaay better then the size Large which I did return. Again, this is probably not the kind of jacket/coat to wear out in the freezing cold. This is more or less the kind of jacket to wear during those chilly evenings or day. I am talking maybe early winter before it gets too cold. I'm from Northern Idaho and I am familiar with the harsh winters and some winters are worse then others. If you plan on just wearing this to the store, fine go for it but bring something else too just in case. If you're in the Southern California areas, this is perfect for those winters in that area of the country. I honestly will give this a 5 star as the XL fits me much better. I'm 5'7" at about 189-193lbs with a slight stomach but average build. It's not so tight in the shoulders like the Large was and the sleeves aren't too lose, perfect for me to wear along sleeve thermal Under Armor type wicken shirt which I do wear quite often. Plan to order in other colors. I would place this right up there with Legendary Whitetail brand of these types of jacket/coats which I have quite a few of too... Pictures are of the Large size and not the XL size. Hope this helps...

I love the look and feel but as far as durability/ruggedness this is not a jacket you want to wear for working in rough dirty environments, the jacket just seems too nice and delicate. For something more suited for a harsh outdoor work environment I would go with a more durable option from a company like Carhart, the downside being it will cost 3-4 times as much. This is a good jacket for walking around in public and looking good on chilly days which is what I wanted. The arm length was very short on the medium I originally ordered. I'm 5' 8" with medium build and when I bent my arms the sleaves road up to my elbows. I ordered a large and it fits a lot better. I wear it daily now for running errands around town or doing small task outside. This jacket is just not thick enough on its own to stay warm for long in hash winter weather. It was 34 degrees today and a little windy and I could feel the cold seeping through for the short time I was outside. Definitely would want to add another layer underneath it if you plan on being outside on a cold winter day for more than an hour. Other than that, the stitching looks good, zipper, pockets are good, but we'll see how well it holds up after a few wash cycles.

Husband said it’s nice and thick. Size is accurate and soft. Did rip slightly after 4 uses on the inseam. Ok for the price and will keep you warm

We have a Newfoundland dog who loves to "sky-watch" at night in the backyard while taking his time to do his business. He also likes it when his human family steps outside with him to keep him company while he's considering his spot -- in the freezing cold. He doesn't feel the cold like us humans with his wooly coat. Ha! Anyway, the adult male who steps outside late at night in the winter says this fleece jacket is PERFECT for this necessary "canine companion time." The human loves that it zips up and protects him from the wind. He loves the warm hood, too. Zip, hood up, & hands in pockets! Time to see what planets are visible, you goofy Newfy! :-)

So where to start. My daughter cannot get her hands through the sleeve collars when they are buttoned and shes 11. It barely can be buttoned around my wrist and takes forever to do. Clearly not designed by the germans. But maybe a people with smaller hands whoever never seen large northmen ?🤔 60$ is way way overpriced. The zipper is the cheapest zipper ever made. I give it a month before breaking. There is no room in the shoulders. If you need to reach your arms forward for any reason. Its gonna rip. Of course sized very very small. But huge room in the gut. (Remember chinese people think we are all just tubs of lard with big guts and no shoulders) soon as i put it on my skin got red and now im itchy trying to wash it off as i write this. Dont fall for this. Its junk. Cheap. Designed for biga belrys. No muscle. No shoulders. And hands half the size of a small child.
