The extremely cheap material used to make the product, not even half the weight of original mirror. If you look at the pictures the one on the left is the new which has hallow base. The one on right is the original mirror. The mirror looked a little different, but I didn’t even notice that because it’s underneath where the mirror pivots and moves little did. I know that that has a lot to do with the mirror. Going down the road the mirror shakes. Yes I said shakes.. There’s nothing under the mirror to support it because they’ve made it hollow which allows for it to shake around. I’ve tried putting some double back tape on there just one sticky side to pressurize it and give it more support but that did not work. I’m gonna try some other Jimmy rigging. If not, I may have to return this mirror which it cost me $40 for someone to come and replace it so it’s gonna cost me another 40 and I think that the company should have to pay for that or at least reimburse me for the product without me having to send it back, so yes that would be a complete refund. Shame on them for selling a cheap product for a automobile. ... show more

This mirror assembly is an excellent replacement choice (2010 Camry SE). Honestly, I thought for the money, somethings going to look weird...the glass, the shape, the fit...WRONG!! It looks, fits and operates electrically just like the OEM mirror. A little bit of prep and paint (it comes only in black) and my wife’s headache is gone for a fraction of the Toyota parts/replacement cost. One person suggested using the original outside gasket/foam piece and I did. Regardless, great value for the money, and the finished install looks fantastic! *NOTE* For those wondering just “how does this thing come off?”, it’s super easy. Don’t go to the dealer or repair shop (if you can help it), simply YouTube it. Small ratchet with a deep 10mm socket is all you need. ... show more
