I have tried SEVERAL of the “highest/best rated” brands…and they ALL have been completely underwhelming. The Schick Razor lasts seemingly FOREVER when shaving…seriously!! With these razor heads, I can use them for some 4-6 WEEKS before having to change them, as opposed to another company that has remarkably the same product for EXPONENTIALLY more-and I get just over a week from it?!?! Of ALL the razors on the market that I have tried (and they were ALL “premium level razors/razor heads) I find that I get BEST shave with these…without exception. Additionally, if you have “sensitive skin”, in my experience, it does NOT irritate your face. I take a myriad of medications as ongoing treatment for cancer, which irritates my face/beard/neck…but theses razors do NOT add any additional “complications” to the condition. My hair isn’t thick that I need a sharp and close shave. These don’t have enough movement flexibility so it always cuts my neck because the blades get rough after one shave. However they are a great price! They do well when new. The shave has to be slower so it can can be good. I will buy this product again. ... show more

    • Decent blades for the price, but they do not fit other Schick handles.

I purchased these blades since I have several different Schick handles, and the price seemed decent for a 4 bladed cartridge. Thankfully the handle comes with these blades, since any other Schick handles I had would not accept these blades. Funny thing is, they do fit the Solimo brand handle (now Amazon brand) so not a total loss I guess, since the Solimo handle has a nice pivot design. The blades are sharp and do a decent job. Longevity is about the same as any other 4 bladed cartridge, so nothing spectacular. If you are planning on using these with any of your Schick Hydro handles, they will not work, so don't bother. For whatever reason, Schick decided to make these blades proprietary to the handle they are sold with. ... show more

I have coarse hair, and it’s hard for me to find razors that don’t tug at the hair real bad. After having success with another Schick set of blades, I thought I’d give these a try since it was a better value. Sadly, they’re not up to the task. I suspect if I had softer hair these would work great.
