So I bought two of these since they were 150$ and that was a price too good to pass. So far I'm super happy with my purchase. I didn't care to go for 4K 144Hz monitors since this was my first pc setup and plus they had the price iwas willing to pay at the time and the specs I wanted. The material quality is pretty good, they feel nice and rugged and not cheap.They do have built in speakers which don't sound bad and are actually good for monitor speakers. Plus if you,re not trying to spend a lot on a pc setup,monitor upgrade then I would recommend these. With the built in speakers that save you a few bucks on not have to buy extra speakers right off the bat too. The picture quality is pretty good too, they come shipped at 60Hz I think but it super easy to switch them to 75Hz.I don't have any measuring equipment but the colors are nice and the picture is clear and crisp. Haven't had any issues and I've had them for a few months now. Overall great starting off monitor(s) for anyone looking to get a new monitor or building a pc and doesn't want to break the bank getting pc parts and peripherals.

UPDATE 6/1/18: Amazon replaced my defective unit and it works great. I realize I forgot to mention in the review that the speakers are absolute trash. But I prefer to use headphones anyway so I'm not bothered, especially for the price. This monitor is pretty great! I give four stars for one reason: I ordered two and one came opened and cracked. Once they ship my replacement and I see it in working order, I'll bump it to five stars. The variety of inputs makes this monitor easy to use and set up. This is a VA panel, so don't expect the absolute best colors and viewing angles, but I found it to be more than satisfactory for my needs. The curvature is subtle and after using it for a few minutes, I got used to it. I had to do some major calibration when I first set it up, however. The gamma and color values were way out of wack making the display look very washed out. After calibration, colors look amazing and I couldn't be happier with the build quality. Brushed metal everywhere except the front. The included stand is a bit awkward to install, but they include a small screwdriver to assist in reaching the awkward spots. It also includes good documentation and a limited warranty, but upon further reading, it appears the warranty is pretty useless because it doesn't cover shipping damage or damage caused by the user, so that's kinda dumb. For the price, however, I would gladly buy it again. And I will once they refund my defective unit. I was really disappointed that I received a cracked screen on my second one. I hear this is not an isolated case, and many other reviews would indicate theirs also had defects or likewise. Overall I'm very happy with this monitor, just be cautious about possible defects and be ready to return it if necessary. Again I'll bump up to five stars when they replace my defective unit. Thanks.

This is an OK monitor, not bad, but not Great. I've since replaced it, but I've never had any issues with it and was able to game on it ok. 1080p is fairly low nowadays, so I'm not sure this is worth $100, more like $80. But it is curved and that was nice. I would recommend it if you need a cheap curved monitor.

It took two tries but Amazon eventually delivered a working monitor to me. The first shipment appeared to be a customer return & re-ship as the internal packing materials were only partially there. As a result the monitor stand was sitting flush on the monitor when I unpacked the it and of course the monitor and the stand had broken the monitor display panel. The monitor was re-packed and the return/replacement was processed through the Amazon website within 20 minutes. I received a "factory-fresh" monitor two days later. The monitor is as described. The only note I would add to other reviews about what comes in the box is that if planning in using the Vesa mount feature this monitor DOES NOT come with the actual M6 mounting screws. The owner's manual provides info on what types of screws to purchase but none come with the other in-box hardware. The mounting extensions were provided but no screws. Since I Was upgrading a monitor I just took the mounting screws from my Dell monitor and used them for the new monitor - no need to contact Sceptre customer service or buy screws myself. The monitor works great. I have two separate computers hooked up - one through the DisplayPort adapter and another through the HDMI adapter. Initial connection setup was without issue & seamless. The quality of the display is great and the refresh rate is superb. This monitor exceeds what I was hoping for in what could be described as "bargain-priced" monitor and meets all of my needs. Why spend more when this bad-boy meets the need?

I needed an external monitor for my home office. I took a chance on this one based on the high, positive reviews and am not disappointed. The screen is curved just enough to keep the glare down but does not distort whatever is on the screen. I use this for work and so the picture quality is great for my needs. The only negative is that it wobbles a bit on it's stand. I'm not sure if I didn't get it in place correctly (although I tried and tried, and even googled how to get the stand on correctly), but since I rarely touch the screen (other than to power it off), that's not a huge deal. It was a great price for what it is.

Ive been using this monitor for more than a year now and i am very happy with it. This is the first monitor company to include every type of cable that this monitor can potentially utilize. I got a DP cable, HDMI, and VGA. I use the DP cable on my desktop and that leaves me the HDMI to use with my nintendo switch and that is probably one of my favorite features. The monitor is advertized with 75hz but I am yet to actually get that to work however I have a 144hz monitor as my primary so . it doesn't matter that much. The IPS panel does wonders for the color and response time and ir is surprisingly thin with very small bezels which makes it very light and very nice to look at. This is the first curved monitor ive owned and it is a nice feature to have especially as a 2nd monitor. The curve makes it easy to look at from any angle so I can move it wherever fits and ill still be able to see the whole screen. It also has built in speakers which are not great but surprisingly good for the price but I would guess most users are using headphones anyway so its not the biggest deal. Would definitely recommend to new PC owners especially on the budget side.

I love the metal frame and the design is not too bad. The brightness and contrast i wouldn't call them as best, image is little bit washed out. Also i can not change the vertical position of the monitor, it has only vertical - horizontal tilt option, but no height adjustment. Newer computers will require DP, mini DP, DVI, mini HDMI cables... this one came only with standard HDMI and VGA cable; i had to get new cables to be able to use it. It doesn't come with audio cable, would have been nice to have it, but is not included. OSD menu doesn't look to fancy... and the buttons being behind the monitor are hard to figure out if you press or not the correct one and what the distance between the buttons would be. The feature to dynamically adjust the contrast i also don't recommend, it gets frustrating and it will adjust the contrast too often in too big steps, visible to the eye and annoying. I recommend this curved monitor if you're looking for cheaper, entry level 1920x1080 for day by day activities: work related, documents, browsing the internet and light gaming. If you look for something fancier, serious gaming, or photography go for a 32" with better options but you'll need to get a little bit more your hands in the pockets. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE August3, 2019: BETTER SAVE YOUR MONEY and don't buy this!!!! It's been just over 1 year now, just the perfect timing for my warranty support to expire, since they cover the product for a year only. The monitor today has so MANY dead pixels that i've not seen on other brands i used before, not even after 3-5 years of usage. Plus the light flowing from the bottom is going to prove also how "well" these products are being built. Sometimes words are not convincing, so please see the pictures attached also. Also using it for a year now, i can say that is really frustrating not being able to tilt the monitor on the vertical, plus not having any USB hub also is little bit annoying since most of the manufacturers have this now. The speakers are not going to surprise you, the sound feel distorted: is like just some of mids and mostly the highs are being able to be reproduced. My only thought is this, you can get better monitor for this price where the reliability and the warranty proves the quality of the product. Save yourself from the regrets of thinking to get another monitor just after one year. Sorry Sceptre... i'll try contact you next days to see what options i have, but my review currently reflects the huge disappointment in your product, and depends on your customer service if i'll change my opinion about your brand.

So while i think this is a Fantastic Gaming monitor for PC or Xbox One X, there is only 1 real downside to it (that has simple work arounds). So despite it only supporting, if inputting video from a PC at 75Hz, if u plug it into the Xbox One X you can actually input 120Hz from the XboxOne X into this monitor (just make sure you dont change the other settings on the same settings screen that lets you pick 120Hz or it may not work). So for a good relatively cheap curved gaming monitor this is a great option for console users & PC users. The only downside is for some reason Sceptre either forgot or intentionally didnt put a audio amplifier into the built-in speakers so it sounds really quiet unless you are on a pc with loudness equalization enabled or plugin a 3.5mm headphones/soundbar into it. btw the audio volume out of the 3.5mm jack on it is normal volume (compared to the ridiculously quiet built-in speakers) & is really good quality/very clear sounding. (I would post some images of the one i got but i dont have a camera) but mine has 0 bad pixels or bleeding (despite the fact i leave my computers and monitors on 24hours a day all year long, often time with the same screen showing for half a day or more) I've left the color settings at default and they are perfect and good colored and balanced, also this curved monitor while it may be tough at first can be adjusted vertically, as in u can angle it aiming down or up (to a certain degree dont force it if its being tough to angle). I've had this monitor since late May 2020.
