The only problem is that the welds connecting the three legs to the table itself are very weak, and one of them broke. I wasn't in the room and they broke so I'm not sure if there was roughhousing that caused it but be aware. The woodgrain appearance turned out to be more like Walnut, rather than Oak. Just as I had hoped for. It's some kind of laminate, but has an authentic wood-like effect. It's a modest size that works well in our rather small mid century living room. Its easily assembled in less than 5 minutes with six screws provided. I would caution against over tightening though. You could knock it over if you tried, but in normal use it's quite sturdy. So, again, it's a little more on the brown side, color wise. if that is important to you. First, I want to say that this table is absolutely adorable. It really ties in with the aesthetic we're going for in our living room. Just a couple of minor cons; While it was extremely easy to put together, the small packet of hardware was hidden deep inside the box, and if one is not paying attention you could easily throw it away. Second, this is not a table that is meant to hold anything super heavy (no big deal) as it will tilt to the side if enough pressure is applied near the end with the single, but it's totally fine for having your drinks, snacks, tv remotes etc. Third, ours did come with a small chip out of the end of it but honestly we love it too much already to bother sending it back. Over all, this is an excellent little piece for small spaces and a value for your money. I'm very happy with the purchase. ... show more
