  • Awesome! One of my corks are cracked :( but still! Awesome! One of my corks are cracked :( but still!

If your instrument cost less than $400 this is a perfect diy kit to buy. Follow the instructions and if its hard there are 100s of YouTube videos of how to do it. Got it on my first try and it worked awesome You cant even see the seam where I joined the two ends together. Gotta say it's amazing. Making sure you have a clean surface before starting is VERY important. Use adhesive remover to make sure everything is nice and clean. Little bummed that one of the corks was cracked. :/. If you are a DIYer then you probably already have most of the stuff needed. But if you are just wanting a all in 1 kit. THIS ... show more

  • Works as intended
Color: alto sax cork replacement kit
It works great, not bad for an amateur repair job. I like how it came with a piece of sandpaper so I could easily shave it down to the perfect fit for my mouthpiece. The only problem I had is that the glue tube leaked in the packaging, but then apparently sealed itself back up when it hardened but I still had plenty to work with and some leftover for a future repair. ... show more

I’m satisfied with the whole kit, it comes with all it is needed to replace the Sax cork. The cork is good quality and the glue quality the time will tell. I already replace the Sax cork.

The kit arrived damaged. The adhesive/oil leaked inside the sealed bag, soaking the cork and parts. The contents are stuck solid inside and unusable. Requesting a return or replacement.

Color: alto sax cork replacement kit
First time switching my Alto sax cork on the neck. Have had my Sax for 20+years, it was time. The instructions were easy to follow and I got it done first try. Glad it came with a back up though just in case/future if needed. Forgot to do a before picture, but the cork on the bottom was worn to the brass. ... show more
