I'm a true size 6 3/4 and I got this enhancer in a size 7. It's a little snug, but that's good because it keeps everything riding in place, high and to the sky. I love my ring, its beautiful. I get alot of compliments. The only thing is I ended up getting two of them and I don't need two and wasn't able to find out where to send back the extra one. And I'm stuck with two and out $90.00. Have a blessed day.
