    • Nice shoes but some things to note
I have narrow heels but wider toes and bunions and it is very difficult finding shoes to fit as narrows are too narrow and wides are too wide. I am usually a 6 or 6.5 in running shoes but read some of the reviews saying to size up. I ordered these in a 6.5 and a 7 (both regular width since didn't have the ones I wanted in a 6.5 wide). The 6.5 were too tight in the toe box area and pinched my bunions. Length wise the 6.5 and the 7 were pretty much the same but the 7's were nice because they had a little more wiggle room in the toe box area but weren't too wide in the ankle area. I still put some heel grips in just to make sure my heels don't slide around but so far, the 7's are working well. If you need a wider toe box and are between sizes, I'd recommend going up a half size. They aren't super cushiony, but have a decent amount of support and aren't uncomfortable and felt good in the arch area. You can always add inserts to make them fit a little better if you need to. I can't speak to the longevity of these shoes and I'm honestly using mine for walking (since I'm not a runner) but hopefully they'll hold up for a long time.     • Excellent for those needing wide toe box, but narrow heel

I used to always buy New Balance sneakers, because they had a wide toe box but a normal to narrow heel. But then NB switched to the "new style" sneakers and my toes were getting crushed. I found these Saucony's and they are perfect. They fit well, have good cushioning, and my toes are protected. They are running shoes, but I just use them for everyday shoes or for walking. They are stylish and come in different colors, from neons to simple black. The price is very reasonable. I will be buying more. ... show more

I've worn Saucony for years but thought I would try Brooks Ghost because of their high rating. Ended up returning them them because they run wide and were a poor fit for my narrow heel. The Saucony Cohesions fits just right and were a steal! I'm a walker and this shoe provides great cushion for the balls of my feet. These shoes are so comfy. They are wide (size 6 M) without being size 6 Wide. I walk a lot, several miles a day, and they provide a nice solid base that prevents my foot from supination. I've had these shoes for about a year now. They are still very comfortable and they get a lot of use. I get compliments on the color. I wear wide shoes and these are perfect for me.

Saucony seems to keep consistent sizing so the shoes don't pinch the toes together when walking and there aren't made in China!

Right out of the box they were super comfy and there was no time needed for having to break them in. I got them right before I went on a cruise to the caribbean.
