I purchased the first generation of these shoes several years ago and felt they were one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I wore them as long as I could, since they were very hard to find.. Since then, they've come back around and have come with some mild changes to the construction, specifically the "mesh" material. Although the mesh is no doubt more durable the the previous skin, I actually preferred its former look and feel to the the latest version. - I might add, I only like this shoe in the "Shadow/Royal" color scheme. It goes well with jeans and doesn't fit the mold of 99% of the hideously UGLY design and color schemes typically found in other running shoes. In my opinion, this is still the best, most comfortable, and eye appealing running shoe on the market and all at a very reasonable price. ... show more

It's a good shoe for the $60 price point, comfortable & well made. The shoe is normally a $90-$100 shoe. At that price point your much better off with the Peregrine. That is an amazing shoe that I never see in this price range. It's usually $100 -$130.
