I Love these shoes. I was wearing Saucony Ride 14s and thought I wanted something more. I went to a running shoe store, got scanned and fitted. They tried to put me in New Balance, something else, and Hoka's. Went with the Hokas. They felt great until I ran in them, then not so much. Don't get me wrong, they are excellent shoes, but these just fit me better, hella better. Found these at an outlet mall and tried them on. The salesperson there said they run about half a size small and moved me from 11W to 11.5W. I also tried the Endorphins, which I really wanted to like but couldn't. Checked the prices they were cheaper on Amazon. Ordered them and haven't looked back. They are the best running shoes (for me) so far and half the price of the Hoka's I just bought. I'm about to order a few pairs because I know they are a generation old, and I don't want to give up the way my feet feel at this moment. :)

This shoe was listed on many sites as running shoes with extra cushioning. I am dealing with metatarsalgia and hoped these shoes would be cushioned enough for me. Well they are much less cushioned for the ball of the foot than I hoped. However the heel is well cushioned and fits very nicely for good stability. I have an older pair of Saucony running shoes and I thought they were light weight but the Rides are even lighter. I am not sure if I like the new method of tying the tongue down with elastic making it feel like putting on slip on shoes. It makes placing an insert in your shoe very tight on your foot. Over all I like the shoes and will try a smaller metatarsalgia insert to see if that does the trick.

I've been wearing Saucony's exclusively for about 15 years now, and they always fit well, are comfortable and are made to last. I've purchased the "Cohesion" the last few times, which is more of an "introductory" model for casual runners and walkers. However, I was able to snag a great deal on these Ride 15's which provide a much more "cushioned" feel. As soon as I started my run, I could feel an enormous difference, it's a very "cushy" ride, and I realized what I had been missing since I've kind of gone "budget" for the last few years. These are premium running shoes, so if you can snag them for $50-70 it's really a great deal, as they originally list for $140. They have been discounted because they are up the "Ride 16" now. These aren't necessarily great for competing in shorter road races, (10k and less), for that you might want something like the Cohesion which are lighter and give you more of a road feel. The Ride is more tailored for distance training and for people who need or prefer something a bit "beefier" under their feet. Anyway, these are great running shoes. Highly recommended.

First off, I don’t run. These are for daily use. I rotate among foam running shoes to give them a chance to recover. I get a lot of steps in. Tried the Ride 14 and they were one of the best pairs of shoes I’d ever owned. Went for the 15s, and they are just as nice. These might be a bit more stylish looking than the 14s. Maybe shinier. They breath really well. It’s hot here and my feet would smell awful if not for having shoes that could breath. The aqua color ( I don’t remember the exact title) had a nice price and I jumped on them. Look good. My feet feel good. This is definitely a good buy.

The heel fit is snug and the toe area is roomy… PERFECT. I’ve tried the Saucony Guide and Saucony Endorphin, and the Saucony Ride is the best overall for both speed and distance when you want it in one shoe. I’d love them to make a wider variety of colors in the men’s shoes because both men and women like the wide toe fit.

The foam was a bit stiff to begin with, but breaks in nicely at 50 miles or so. These felt a bit hard on the ball of my foot until then. This is better (IMO) to the nice feel right out of the box where the foam breaks down too quickly. I heel strike, and the heel foam is usually where my shoes wear out the quickest. These seem to be holding up much better (after ~200 miles). The outsole is holding up nicely also. I was a bit concerned about the limited rubber on the sole, but what is there wears very well. I expect to easily hit the 500 mile mark in these shoes, then transfer them to my ‘gym shoes’ for winter HIIT sessions.

I am 6' 200lb runner with high arches. I did not experience any discomfort while running with the shoes. They aren't the super cushioned ones they seem to be promoting these days but I am really not sure if that is a good idea anyways. They were reasonably priced and expected quality.
