Lightweight with a good amount of support. These shoes are forgiving; I have 4E feet, and by getting the wide version and sizing up, they fit well. Plenty of arch support, and they stay comfortable even after long hours on my feet. A reliable option if you need extra room without sacrificing structure. I’ve used it for half marathon races. Will likely use it in my next full marathon run also. I can move my orthotics in these and they work fine, no squeaking noise ... show more

Can't testify to running, but good support, love the cushioning through the sole- a great alternative to memory foam which I cannot wear due to heat trap/moisture/odor issues, which is why I like this shoe.
