This is my fourth pair of Cohesions. They're comfortable for lots of walking and provide safe and stable traction in a variety of conditions. I've given my various pairs plenty of use on many trips around Europe and the US. For a lower priced shoe, they last a long time and look sharp. Can't attest to high impact work outs, but they work great for lots of walking in varied city conditions. The only complaint was I had to size up a half size from my previous model of Cohesion 12s. I got these for $35 with tax. In this day and age that's a steal. I'm planning to buy more when the price goes back down. Have walked 28 miles in them so far. 4 walks of 7 miles each. Comfortable. Got these for my husband. We both ran track D1, so we’ve had our fair share of shoes. These shoes are pretty standard, and are very good pick if you are low mileage, and looking for something on a budget. We’ve run in New Balance, Nike, and adidas.
