This is my fourth pair of Cohesions. They're comfortable for lots of walking and provide safe and stable traction in a variety of conditions. I've given my various pairs plenty of use on many trips around Europe and the US. For a lower priced shoe, they last a long time and look sharp. Can't attest to high impact work outs, but they work great for lots of walking in varied city conditions. The only complaint was I had to size up a half size from my previous model of Cohesion 12s. I got these for $35 with tax. In this day and age that's a steal. I'm planning to buy more when the price goes back down. Have walked 28 miles in them so far. 4 walks of 7 miles each. Comfortable. The shoe fit as expected. With this price, it's a great buy. Normally, I bought Saucony brand from Modell's and those are excellent in quality, comfort and fit compare to other brands.
