Good running shoe especially for the money. I am a runner 56 y.o. having started when I was 12. Now I average only 30 - 40 mpw, year around. Looking at my previous AMX Orders I've ordered 5 pairs in the last 3 years; one pr Cohesion 11, Cohesion 12 3 prs, Cohesion 14 1 pr & Cohesion 15 1 pr. My approach has been order cheapest reasonable Saucony running shoe and have been surprised how long they last (very comfortable too.) My last pr was the 14 which I bought 7 months ago and are now just getting close to wearing close to the EVA, which is when I usually through in the towel (or just into the EVA.) Just ordered another pt of the Cohesion 14 which appears to be the price point shoe at $60. Don't think that can be beat and get the same quality. I work in health care and wear them to work most of the time as well because often because I dont feel like carrying a second pair to work (I often run from work or on my way home. Having been recommended to wear stability shoes in the past (low arch),have stopped that and have been fine with these cushion shoes, so maybe they have support as well. ... show more

I am a massive hiker and this shoe just works best for me. I have tried every shoe available. Most other brands do not fit right, but this one does. Good traction and arch support. The sole is thick and durable. Extra wholes to make the fit even more comfortable. If you have a hard time finding a good fitting shoe, give these or any other Saucony brand a try, they are great. ... show more

They are incredibly lightweight and offer a great amount of cushion, making them very comfortable for all-day wear or light runs. The only major thing to watch out for is the sizing. My normal shoe size was way too tight with almost no room in the toe box. I ended up having to go up one full size to get the right fit. Once I found the right size, they felt perfect. [Update] About 2 months into using these part of the outer tread on right shoe has started peeling off. Not the end of the world but I definitely feel it when pivoting or shuffling my foot. Concerns me that more tread will break off as the shoe ages. I have wide feet and have had a lot of trouble with brands like Under Armour, ASICS, and Adidas because they often become too tight around my toes. Saucony has become a go to for me because their shoes are very horizontally spacious. I've become especially fond of the Cohesion line as comfortable, inexpensive Shoes for running and work. It started with the Cohesion 12 as a pair of backup running shoes for my Kinvaras. Then I bought a pair of Cohesion 13s for work, which have turned out to be some of the most comfortable Shoes I've ever owned for general use. After a little over a year of use my Cohesion 13s have started to wear and I decided to give the new release a try. The 14s look very similar to the 13s (this is a good thing) and they even added a line of thick reinforcing material over the outside of the toe box where my 13s developed holes. However, although the same size, these shoes don't seem to fit as well. They have less space in the toe box, while simultaneously being wider overall. When working this has led to an annoying tendency for the shoes to want to rotate around my feet when on uneven or angled surfaces. It's usually not a problem but I don't feel as well planted as with the 13s. Overall, these are solid shoes, they feel like Sauconys and they're well priced. But they don't have the same "made for me" feel that I got with the Cohesion 13s. ... show more
