I work in the veterinary field so a top that has enough stretch and is comfy for wrestling 100+ pound dogs or cleaning teeth is a plus. Very stretchy, if your bigger in the chest and arm area this is a great option. It's not your average scrub top- it's silky looking, it feels and reminds me of a pajama material. The print is the same as pictured and vibrant. You'll defiantly get "Wow your festive" at work. I ordered an XL - I'm 5'3'' 190lbs, 40DDD, so bigger in the torso. Plenty of room with enough for an under shirt without looking like a tent, it's flattering I mean the print takes away from any flaws that's for sure. Fit fine, very soft. Very different from other scrubs however it does have the pockets. I wore Xmas Eve at work. It was comfortable. I washed it in cold and dried it on extra low. I bought the 3x, however I generally wear 2x because of my large chest.
