The shoulder straps are too thin. If you are big busted or have droopy breasts these will not offer any kind of lift or support and the straps will dig into your shoulders. I ended up using the t-straps/racer-back adapters to keep the top in place and avoid it to fall down. They are also a little too snug, so I took out the pads. ... show more

These were good, and I would buy them again. However, the only downside is that the spaghetti straps are very thin and don’t hold up well after a few washes. Once they stretch out, they don’t return to their original shape. The sizing is true to size.

Runs large - I ordered this in m-l based on Amazon recommendation and I swim in them, but the material was so soft and amazing, I reordered in s-m. I was so disappointed in the s-m…. the difference of material was shocking! It was rough and uncomfortable. I would return but I was so excited to wear them I washed them and removed the padding so now stuck with 2 sets of rough material bras…..donate now I guess. ... show more

Ordered L-XL but it was too large. Exchanged them for S-M which fit better but absolutely no support and the straps, even though they were tightened as much as they could be were different lengths. One side longer than the other. They were soft and had good coverage but zero support.

I've now ordered 2 packs of these. I don't like bras that are super tight, I like to breathe. These provide good support without being too tight. They are easy to put on and take off. The padding is perfect form fitting and doesn't bulge like other brands often do. One of my favorite features is that the pads are not two separate pieces, it is connected in the middle, helping it to stay in place in the wash. If it does happen to shift in the wash it typically just lands both pads on one side and doesn't come complete detached. It's easy to re-insert the padding or remove it completely if you dont like padding. ... show more
