I went thru the process to exchange the dress and the seller contacted me to notify me that they would assist until I was happy with my purchase. The original return label was printed in Chinese which the USPS did not accept. Upon contacting the seller they assured me that they would try to translate the mailing label and provide in English. Great dress. Ordered 3 for an upcoming wedding. The seller gave an option of going by size or by measurements. The dresses were well made. I love that they are handmade. The corset back is a little hard to do on your own, but I like the style.

The dress came in smelling like someone rubbed it in a can of fish before packaging. No spray is masking the smell, very disappointing as I have a wedding to attend v soon. Never in my life have I had something come in smelling so awful. I’m actually disgusted. The dress itself is beautiful the smell tho.. v nauseating.
