I have a Dell 27" monitor, and the picture quality is just stunning. This is not great, but 27" monitors greatly increase your productivity. I had to get two monitors, because the holes drilled for the vesa mount, are at the bottom of the screen. So if you have another monitor, one will be up and the other way down, if you're using a monitor mount like me. Nevertheless, having two 27" monitors is great for office work. I bought one of these to see if it was any good. I was really hesitant about an IPS panel with DisplayPort monitor this cheap. Having used it for a few days, I bought three more to add as side monitors to a couple development rigs. Now, I'm probably going to buy two more. That about sums it up. The performance/price is beautiful for a monitor of this size/resolution with Displayport input. I wouldn't be doing photo editing or other accuracy/color-sensitive work on them, but they're absolutely great for displaying text, code, excel, or other basic functions. For the price it's easy to use all the display outputs available and get ALL THE MONITORS!!! Two caveats: First is the VESA mount: it's a 75mm and it's inside a raised plastic ring where the stand attaches. The stand doesn't use the VESA screw holes and DOES NOT include VESA screws. I didn't have a problem mounting it to arms, but only because I have a large pile of screws from years of going through VESA mounts. The short screws were too short an the long screws were too long, so I had to use the plastic spacers a lot of VESA screw kits include. Second: Like so many discount monitors, they move the EM certification of the noisiest part - the AC->DC converter, to someone-elses's-problem by using an external DC adapter. The included adaptor is a big wall wart that will eat up a ton of space on your power strip, making it slightly annoying to do exactly what the price of this monitor makes me want to do, which is throw three or four of them into the same setup. ... show more

I bought this monitor for content creation on a Mac Mini, so I can't speak to it's abilities for gaming. However, I was genuinely surprised by the picture quality when I first turned it on! I expected it to look washed out at this price point, but no. It had great color saturation and looks really good. If I look close enough, I can see the pixels, but it is not really distracting for me. I also like its lack of a webcam and microphone for reasons of privacy. As a content creator, I have mics and cameras I can use if I need them. The stand is a bit flimsy since it is only made of plastic but does not bounce around a lot unless you bump the desk. The video is great. I had an issue with getting the built-in speakers to work on my Win 11 Pro Desktop. Looking all over the net and finally 30 minutes with Sansui support did not solve the problem. Finally it turned out I needed to update the display adapter driver (event Though Windows was fine with it) to Intel HD Graphics 530 version of 7/19/22. After that Windows recognized the monitor as an audio device and I could select ES-24X5A in System/Sound/Output and all was well. ... show more

Large, thin and lightweight, connects via HDMI or USB-C, so I can use it as a secondary monitor for my Windows machine and MacBook. Has rich color and 1920 x 1080 resolution, so there's room to put a lot of stuff there. It has decent built-in speakers, but they connect only with HDMI, not with USB. How is a manufacturer blatantly lying about what they are selling. This is what they have: SANSUI Monitor 24 inch IPS FHD 1080P 75HZ HDR10 This screen looks like TN not IPS I have tried 3 different cabled which allow my ultrawide to do HDR works on all of my other 7 monitors but not this one, I went through every setting combation and there is NO way to turn on HDR it is simply not supported. These people are scamming you, do not buy. I wish I didn't recycle to box right away because it was working now, I can't even return it. I tried Latest HDMI / DP cables even the cable in box and no go. It says this monitor is not compatible with HDR. PLEASE be aware do not buy this, spend 20-40 more and buy a decent HDR monitor.
