  • 1440P 240HZ ULTRAWIDE FOR THIS PRICE?
Size: 34 Inch
TLDR: Amazing price for this quality of monitor. Confirmed 3440x1440 resolution, as well as confirmed 240hz refresh rate, through display settings and Nvidia control panel. Colors come a bit warm out of box, but can be adjusted to your liking. Comes with only one display port cable, no hdmi cables. The height is NOT adjustable. Yap: With all the hype around 4k and oled and all that new stuff, I feel like 1440p doesn’t get any love anymore. A few years ago 1440p and 144hz felt like you were on top of the world, just for the standard to shift so soon. PC part prices are ridiculous for no reason nowadays, and that even includes monitors. The average brand name 4k oled monitor with high refresh rate cost over $800 easily.. So, this brings us to: how affordable is 1440p gaming nowadays? If you ask me, I paid about $220 for this bad boy and holy smokes it’s pretty worth it. Considering most options like Samsung, LG, ASUS, etc.. cost around ~$400 msrp for a 34” ultrawide 1440p with LOWER refresh rate, that’s kinda insane to me. I know Sansui is a brand with a lot of different manufacturers throughout history, which makes you suspect it might be knockoff quality; but yet.. it’s good? I got this monitor as a gift to my younger brother, whom which I also gifted him a 5070ti gaming PC to pair with. I wasn’t expecting much from this purchase, but I decided to buy it to see if it was too good to be true, since I really didn’t want to break the bank on a Samsung odyssey or LG ultra gear. Turns out, this monitor is actually pretty darn good, while also being almost 3x less the price of its competitors. I tested the monitor, checking Nvidia Control Panel as well as display settings to confirm its legitimacy, and yeah it’s real. 3440x1440 resolution, 240hz CONFIRMED. The packaging was pretty modern and simple, the stand is sturdy and easy to click onto the screen. The only downside being that the height IS NOT adjustable. Out of the box, the colors are pretty warm compared to usual, but this can be adjusted through Nvidia control panel or something like that, in order to fit your liking. The controls are a bit awkward but straightforward, there’s a power button and a joystick like button on the right side of the monitor on the back. From what I tested and read the manual about, there is no way to adjust the brightness or colors and sound through the controller on the back of the monitor. I’m also pretty sure there’s no audio that comes with this monitor as well, but an option appears on volume mixer. The things you can adjust with the controller on the back is an AI crosshair [downward press] (which just puts a selectable preset crosshair in the middle of your screen) which I thought was pretty nice for players that seek crosshairs in games that don’t have them. Different screen modes are available [right press] like gaming mode and stuff like that, kinda just acts like a filter that messes with the contrast and stuff. Other from that the monitor looks pretty good, it just needs some color adjustments to get the correct colors. Oh and it is vesa mountable, but you would probably need a bracket for it. For $220, getting an ultrawide 34” 240 HZ refresh rate monitor is insane in the big 26’. Mega insane value, very worth, sleeper pick. No screen tear, no dead pixels, just reasonable pricing for a product that every big brand could learn from. ... show more

  • Surprisingly good quality
Size: 24 inch
Pleasantly surprised with this one. Bought this to replace a failing monitor on my desk. It was easy to set up and use. I had it connected and working in minutes. I like it's curved shape making it easy to view and making it work well with the other monitor on my desk. The ports on the monitor matched what I needed to connect to my graphics card and the power cord was long enough to easily stretch across my desk. I liked that it could be powered from the surge protector I am already using. I also liked that I am able to easily make adjustments to the brightness and picture to suit my preferences as well as add a built in on screen reticle for FPS gaming. This monitor is definitely great value for the money given it's high frame rate and great features. The sound quality is about what you'd expect from a monitor speaker but it works if you need it in a pinch. ... show more

  • Incredible Performance and Value – So Good I Bought a Second One!
Size: 24 inch
First of all, please don't mind the photo's I was in the process of testing out microphones! Room was a little messed up at the time just focus on the monitors lol I originally purchased one of these SANSUI 24-inch curved monitors to upgrade my gaming setup, and I was so impressed with the performance that I immediately ordered a second one for a dual-monitor display. Display and Smoothness The 160Hz refresh rate is a total gamechanger. Transitions are incredibly fluid, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in motion clarity during fast-paced gameplay. The 1080P resolution is crisp for a 24-inch screen, and the 1500R curve provides an immersive feel that really draws you into the action without being overwhelming. Design and Build The build quality is sleek and modern. The curve is perfect for reducing eye strain during long sessions, and the bezels are thin enough that they look great sitting side-by-side. Having two of these mounted next to each other has completely transformed my workflow and gaming experience. Color and Contrast The colors are vibrant right out of the box, and the contrast levels are excellent for this price point. Whether I’m gaming or watching videos, the picture quality is consistently sharp and well-balanced. Final Verdict It is rare to find a high-refresh-rate curved monitor that is this reliable and affordable. The first one worked so well that doubling up was an easy decision. If you are looking for a smooth, responsive, and visually impressive gaming monitor, this is an absolute steal. Highly recommended! ... show more

  • Nearly perfect save for the backlight bleed
Size: 34 Inch
I was looking to update my gaming setup to a good, fast, ultrawide gaming monitor for a budget price, when I came across this one which looked to tick more of my boxes: 🗹 240Hz + no/low motion blur + FreeSync, 🗹 ultra wide (at least 21:9), 🗹 curved, & 🗹 HDR support at a significantly lower price ($270 when I bought it) than the competition. At the time I bought it, there were just three, brief reviews of this model that didn’t really answer my questions—which is why I’m writing this one. TL;DR = It's an outstanding value and I would recommending it for anyone on a budget looking for their first gaming monitor because it gets so much right; but… that said, in the end, I returned it for a refund. Read on for why. THE GOOD For the price, the build quality is quite nice; it comes with a sturdy metal stand and the classic black æsthetic looks good. I quite liked the curve (1500R) The panel had zero dead pixels. It’s quite a bit brighter than what I was using—especially in HDR mode. I am extremely sensitive to flicker, but with FreeSync enabled, I experienced zero variable refresh-rate related flicker. [Pro tip: if you notice flicker/strobing with VRR, open your graphics driver settings and cap the FPS to “refresh rate - 2” (e.g., 240 - 2=238), which will force the VRR to always be active. I do this by default.] Traditionally, VA panels have a reputation for motion blur—which rather defeats the purpose of getting a high-refresh rate monitor. Happily though, this monitor really does use one of the new breed of “FastVA” panels. At 240Hz (and using, if I recall correctly, the “dynamic overdrive” setting), the Blur Busters UFO test results were quite impressive: I could clearly see the alien’s pupils and there was only very minimal trailing ghosting. While gaming, I NEVER noticed any motion blur; but… THE NITS There was some motion blur when scrolling black text on a white background: a light grey ghost text was briefly visible. With HDR mode enable, one cannot adjust the brightness; I’d have liked to try turning it down to see if it could make dark colors darker (specifically, in low contrast scenes—in high contrast images, it’s not an issue), and perhaps help mitigate… THE BAD Over the years, I've used a lot of LCD and I've come to expect some backlight bleed (and non-uniformity) with edge lit models, and so I was prepared to see it on this monitor. However, it was the worst I’ve experienced: it was clearly visible not just in dark, low contrast scenes (as expected), but surprisingly, in _bright,_ low contrast scenes, where it imparted a distinct pink glow to the affected areas. [Note: in most games, low contrast scenes aren’t the norm and the backlight bleed was NOT an issue when playing games set in a brightly lit area; however, it was noticeable when the scene was dimly lit.] OTHER THOUGHTS Compared to the 48” 4K@120Hz 16:9 monitor I’d been using, this one has fewer pixels (roughly 8.3 million vs. 5 million), allowing the graphics card (an RX 9070 XT) to reach a noticeably higher FPS. However, save for rather old games, I seldom reached the monitor’s cap [240Hz refresh = max 240 FPS]. I really liked the smoother graphics that the increased refresh rate/FPS enables. Horizontally, they have about the same number of pixels (4K = 3840, UWQHD = 3440) and I didn’t notice the difference. I had this monitor sitting much closer to me, so that from where I was sitting, they looked to have the same physical width. In the game I play the most, I tweaked the field of view settings so that they both displayed (horizontally) the same amount of information. I quite liked the curve on this monitor: it did make it feel more immersive. However, I missed the added height the 4K monitor provided, finding the Sansui’s 1440p felt claustrophobic compared to other one’s increased vertical height at 2160p. When I first set it up, I was quite disappointed by the backlight bleed and immediately thought about returning it. But then I decided to give it a try. I used it for about three days, Then went back to the 4K monitor for a week. Then used this one for another week. When I again went back to the 4K monitor, I felt like I’d given the Sansui a fair shake. I really liked the higher refresh rate, the lack of motion blur (at least when gaming), the curved panel, and the brightness. If I didn’t have the 4K monitor, I’d have kept this one despite the backlight issue. Since my sample size is one, I can’t say if the severity of the backlight bleed I experienced is typical or unusual for this model. [Aside: I purchased this with my own money—though I am an Amazon Vine reviewer, this was NOT a “free review copy.”] ... show more

  • Great value, very capable monitor, and even better customer service!
Size: 32 Inch
First, I think this 32" 1440, 180hz monitor is a great value considering the price. I'm happy to report that I don't have any dead pixels, the colors are vibrant, and I'm a huge fan of the joystick toggle that makes getting into the screen settings super easy. There are 5 modes you can toggle through for quick settings, and for gaming I use the FPS setting, which is very vibrant and has high saturation. Watching 4K YouTube 60FPS videos is stunning and a feast for the eyes. When playing games, there is no ghosting and movement is fluid at 180HZ, running native 1440 resolution and with AMD Freesync enabled. All of that being said, the only drawback of this monitor (or at least the one I received) is serious clouding in the corners when the screen is displaying blacks or dark colors (see attached pics). I'm guessing that this is caused by pressure points on the corners that makes the screen curved. I've wrestled with returning it, and I'm trying to get used to it, but my eyes can't stop seeing it. I fear dead pixels far more than clouding, and monitor panels are a real lottery, so I think I'm going to count my blessings and hang on to it, but it's dissapointing none the less. Without the clouding, this monitor could compete with brand names that sell for a much higher price point. UPDATE 12/15/2025- I am BLOWN away! Last week I was contacted by Sansui customer service who wanted to apologize for the dissapointment and offered to send me options to make it right! It was agreed to try another monitor to fix the issue. True to their word, the new monitor arrived minutes ago, and has ZERO issues, no clouding, no dead pixles, and is absolutely flawless. What's even more impressive is that that they shipped the replacement from Amazon stock, so it wasn't sent a factory unit that was inspected first. Imagine that...they believed enough in their product that they were willing to send another one right from Amazon. I am beyond impressed that Sansui PROACTIVELY contacted a customer and worked hard to make it right. Well done Sansui! ... show more

  • Great upgrade for ultra wide gaming
Size: 34 Inch
This monitor has been a really nice upgrade for gaming, especially coming from a normal 2560x1440 monitor. The extra width makes games feel a lot more open and immersive, and it is one of those upgrades you notice right away once you sit down and start playing. Racing games, shooters, and open world games all felt better because there is just more screen around you. It makes a regular monitor feel kind of small after using this for a bit. The picture quality has been solid for me. Text looks sharp, colors look good, and the QHD resolution is a good balance because it still looks clean without being as hard to run as 4K. The 240Hz refresh rate is also a big plus if your PC can push higher frame rates. Everything feels smooth, and I did not notice any major issues with motion while gaming. It performed as advertised for me, and I was happy with how responsive it felt. The curve is nice too. I was not sure how much I would care about it, but on an ultra wide screen it makes sense. It helps the edges feel more natural instead of feeling like you are looking way across a flat panel. The size is big, so you definitely want to make sure you have enough desk space. It is not something I would put on a tiny desk unless you are using a monitor arm or have a pretty deep setup. The only thing that took a little time was getting the settings dialed in the way I liked. Out of the box it looked good, but not perfect for my taste. I had to mess with brightness, colors, and a few display settings before it really felt right. That is not a huge complaint, but it is worth mentioning because some people may expect it to look exactly how they want right away. Once I adjusted it, I was much happier with it. For normal use, it is also really nice. Having the wide screen makes multitasking easier, and I can keep windows side by side without feeling cramped. For gaming though, that is where it really stands out. It feels like a real upgrade instead of just a slightly bigger monitor. Overall, I am very happy with it. It worked amazing for gaming, the ultra wide size is awesome, and the high refresh rate makes everything feel smooth. Just be ready to spend a little time adjusting the settings, and make sure you have the desk space for it. Once it is set up, it is a great monitor. ... show more

  • Great quality, slight issue with the volume
Size: 27
I was really impressed by this tv and mostly the cost. Almost everything on this TV is great. The picture is very good quality, theres no dead pixels or grey shadow in the corners of the screen and runs pretty smoothly. Its pretty easy to use with the joystick on the back of the screen, just wish it came with a remote but thats what the buttons on the back are for. The only problem i would have w this tv is the sound is kind of low even at 100% volume, it kind of depends on what game your playing or what movie your watching. For example, im watching kick-ass, a sort of spin-off of heroes with a good amount of action including guns and id say it is rather quiet with the commentary of players/people besides gun shots/loud noises. Excellent tv for its price and all around, great quality and no bugs. Only issue is the sound of the tv buts its still not bad. 9/10. I would it recommend it as a starter monitor but can be used as a general monitor. (My camera doesnt give much justice and I cant upload a video sorry:() ... show more
