Packaging is good & Shipped as promised on time. This is not a bad monitor ultra thin, built well and the colors seem to be pretty accurate under the default settings except brightness i turned it down from 80. 100 hertz shows up on windows display settings after a reset. I tried 100 then dropped it to 75 because didn't see much difference. I was running a 60 hertz monitor before and there is a big improvement. Adjustment keys feel cheap but function just fine. Display is full screen no bordering. The stand is a little on the wobbly side when using color adjustment buttons. Screen tilting is adjustable but left to right is stand movement only. Easy stand install to the screen is firm. Picture quality is solid i didn't see any screen tearing while gaming and videos look great. if your a gamer on a budget this monitor does work and I wouldn't hesitate to livestream at all on it i would buy another one depending on the longevity in the future . I am a gamer and a content creator when I have time. The reason I don’t have a lot of time is because I also work a lot. I would not recommend this monitor for gamin, or for anything in the creative realm, aside from maybe using it to monitor where you are in the frame of your camera on OBS, or something. But I bought 4 of these for mine and my girlfriend’s work computers. We use mini PCs, which typically allow up to three monitors, one DisplayPort, one HDMI, and one USB type C. I used the DisplayPort and the HDMI. This will not support USB type C unless you have a converter cable. I will be buying another one of these monitors to make a 3 monitor setup in this way (I tested the setup with another BenQ monitor). It’s light weight, they’re thin, and easy to move around. My only complaint is a trivial one, the plug is a big blocky thing, so if you’re plugging in multiple monitors, you’re going to need the right kind of power strip (with the outlets pointed to the side). If you need it so you can see what you’re typic and not for anything requiring ultra-mega-awesome performance, this is perfect. I will be get myself another one and maybe one for the girlfriend if she wants a third one. ... show more

So far the monitor has been working well and I didn't have any issue with setup. Only real cons are that the monitor shakes a LOT as it's not very steady in its mount and also, it's SO QUIET. I have everything maxed out at 100% plus I went deeper into the settings to make it louder and at max it is just acceptable. This was the best cost IPS screen with 99% SRGB and HDR10. Seeing this in person, I was quite happy. I bought this for my wife to add onto the laptop for her bookkeeping workstation, but I knew I'd be occasionally working in Photoshop and Lightroom, and this was the best screen available in the price range. The FPS could be higher if you wanted to use this for performance gaming, but as a gamer, the 100 FPS is still good. Personally, if I was looking for a really great screen, I look at TVs. I go big or go home...I'd look at 42 inch 4K HDR TV's as a LARGE monitor. I've done that since I got my first 32" 720i TV back in 2004/2005. Then a 42" 1080P. When I get my new PC, I'll get a 42" (or 50" 4K TV. People may say you need a higher FPS, but the framerate of movies has been 23 FPS for decades, and this 100 FPS is over 4X faster than movies. This screen is refreshed every 0.01 seconds, so a faster framerate won't make a difference in human response time. ... show more

I bought these monitors because they were a 100hz refresh rate. However, my computer will only support up to 75hz on one and 60hz on the other. They are great for my Playstation, though. Also, I got these with built in speakers thinking it would save a bit from not having to buy external speakers. Well, they are only as good as the speakers in my laptop, so I'll probably end up buying speakers anyway. Just something to keep in mind when building your system up. ... show more

This monitor is advertised to have HDR10, but it does not! Other than that, I'm alright with it, I guess. 27" screen, thin frame, 2 HDMIs, 1 Display Port, 1 Aux, and 1 Type C.

The screens are great and does come with the usb-c cord and HDMI cord. Bad part about the screen is that the instructions aren’t clear and I don’t know how to turn the volume down on the monitor itself.
