The photo is rather misleading, showing the card as being almost as large as the card reader... but in fact, the memory card is TINY! About the size of a fingernail! The card reader fits into a USB slot, and has slots for several different sizes of memory cards! It worked in my iMac without needing any kind of software or drivers to be loaded. I bought this card for my husband's Nintendo Switch and it works perfectly.. I learned that it does matter what kind of card you have, if your buying this for a Nintendo, its worth the extra cost,, otherwise you might end up buying it twice. I first bought a 264 gig SD Card from ebay... never buy an SD Card from Ebay.. I couldn't download even one game on it, the card did not work with the Switch at all. I had to buy an SD card twice, I highly recommend that you get a Nintendo approved SD card. And get it from a reputable place. ... show more

    • Be careful with the card reader.
Half the reason I bought this card was because it came with a reader. Putting the card into the reader and taking it out takes some tlc. But it does work, I was able to transfer my switch's screenshots to my laptop.
