Update! They are very friendly and have already got back about the missing parts and are already sending out a new one. Fantastic customer service. Missing parts when opened package Quality of gun is great but just missing pieces.

Used it to clean up rust on restoration project. Not Happy ,the sand chewed up the rubber block in the handle and I can not find a replacement, I hate to buy another gun just because of that.
