Before I start my review I want to inform you that I am not a professional or amateur fighter or any type of trainer. That being said I'm just a dude who does mma drills/training to stay fit. Now here is my review. About two years ago there was nothing on TV so I decided to watch an mma fight. From that very moment I fell in love with the sport. So I continued to watch the combat sport anytime I had a chance. While continuing to watch the fights I began viewing their training sessions. After watching the training sessions I thought I would like to try those exercises. So I did. Fast forward to now. I have been training like these elite athletes for about a year and a half. Part of my training is working with a heavybag. I started with some entry level 14oz boxing gloves. The gloves are fantastic, but do not allow for hand/finger movement. So as my training had evolved I found that a need for gloves with finger hand access had arose. So I searched amazon and these gloves appeared in the search. I saw the brand and had remembered seeing UFC Middleweight Champion Michael Bisping using some gloves by sanabul. So I took a closer look. After comparing these gloves with other similar styles, I was very impressed with the price point and reviews. So I decided to purchase them. So as of now I've been using the gloves for little over a week. When I first started using the gloves they were a bit uncomfortable, but I was so used to using traditional boxing gloves. After acclimating to the new glove style, I did heavy bag work with and with out handwraps. I decided that using handwraps was the way to go. I used 180" Sanabul wraps. I noticed during my sessions the speed of my punching had improved, Which was to be expected since I went from using 14oz gloves to the 7oz gloves. So I can say I am very satisfied with the gloves. As far as the durability of the gloves I won't know that until I work with them for a while. At this price point they are a great bargain. They look and feel like they would cost way more than the current price point. So get you some and go Train Like Batman. 72919 Update I have been using these gloves for quite a while now, and am throughly satisfied with the quality, comfort and protection provided by these gloves. At the current price point they are so worth it. Additionally I have started training on a reflex bag, and after using some 16 and 10 ounce gloves on the bag, I prefer these 7 ounce gloves. When I bought these gloves I was at the beginning of my training journey. As the years have progressed and my training has evolved, I find the gloves are suited to fit that fitness evolution. These gloves are very comfortable, provide a ton of padding over the knuckles, and the wrist strap sits in the perfect spot to provide extra stability in my wrists. I've compared them to similar MMA gloves from other manufacturers and I think these are the best for your money.

I’ve been using these gloves for MMA sparring practice. They hold up well, and grappling is significantly easier now. The padding is a little stiff at first, but will break in over time. Perfect for sparring, but pad or bag work will irritate the webbing of your hands, as the description states. One minor gripe that I have is that the two white finger-holes in the middle don’t come with the black faux leather edges. I've had my Sanabul gloves for approximately 6 months now. I can say that I'm extremely happy with the product for the price I paid. I used to train Muay Thai and MMA daily; however, I work in law enforcement now and can no longer train and fight the way I used to. Lucky for me, there are some co-workers who enjoy the same sport and now train as part of a hobby and to better ourselves if we things go south while walking the beat. I use my Sanabul gloves every Saturday to spar with my co-workers and here are some minor details I've experienced with the gloves. The first think I noticed was the finger wraps will tend to irritate the inside of the webbing of your fingers when you first use them. After several uses, the fabric was more broken in and now I don't feel the irritation. If you use these as bag gloves, I might recommend a better glove. Doing about an hour on the bag, the skin BETWEEN my first two knuckles started to develop a rash (rubbing the wrong way) and it started to sting; however, these gloves are great for sparing since the contact less frequent. May be different for someone using hand wraps under the gloves (probably wouldn't recommend it with these gloves. The super thin layer of fabric on the rim of the glove where the padding meets the under layered fabric started to deteriorate. This wasn't an issue because the integrity of the glove is still strong. The velcro writs wrap is excellent. It feels like it wraps around your wrist well if you don't use hand wraps. Over all I'm extremely satisfied with the product for the amount I paid. I would have given it 4 stars but felt it deserved 5 because you can't beat the price. ... show more

I am using these for sparring in Kung Fu and they are amazing. I am 150 lbs, 5'8" and the L/XL fit perfect. These have enough padding that you can put more pressure in your sparring without risk of injury. I've even used them on the heavy bag and they protected my hands well. Highly recommend them.
